Arby's — Restaurant in Washington

I came into arbys in silverdale and got a burger , while i was waiting for my food i noticed to be what i believe is the most dirty atmosphere i have ever seen everything was sticky , had something spilled on and down everywhere at the beverage station . The floor was sticky . When it came to the sauce despensers i 100% saw mold in the honey mustard depenser . The lobby looks like it hasnt been properly cleaned in a very long time .My order is ready the guy gives it to me and as he is turning around and walking away he i believe he was trying to say goodbye but i could not hear him cuz he was already walkimg away I finally get my burger (i got it JUST TO TRY IT) and it tasted like plastic a rubber. All in all 100% all around horrible and disgusting experience . I hope that they get some better management in there to correct the major hygenic problem that the silverdale arbys has. No one wants to eat some place where you feel like you cant touch anythimg becuase of it...

The store was very dirty. The staff very tired acting. Our order was taken. I walked over to the beverage counter and it was filthy and sticky. I filled my soda & the lids were a mess. No napkins in any of the dispensers. I walked to cashier and asked for napkins and was directed back to the empty dispensers. Workers totally checked out. When I got my order it was missing the marinara to go with the cheese sticks. When I asked for it I was clearly imposing on the worker. She got some, tossed it on the tray and walked away. Mind you, they were not busy at all. No one waiting in the drive thru or lobby. Where was she rushing off to?!? Then I looked at the tray and realized they forgot my husband’s milkshake. *sigh This was way too much effort for fast food. My husband waited until someone came to help him and he requested his shake. Then he had to wait for them to make it. They had totally forgotten it. We should have gone...

I sincerely hate to do this too a store that I love to frequent but oh my God tonight was it I've been going in that store and they've been out of cheddar they've been out of the right bun they've been out of all kinds of things but tonight tonight told the whole story they were out of flipping roast beef why you even open your doors your Arby's if you don't have any roast beef I am disgusted this store is completely mismanaged it's getting Arby's a horrible name and everyone who works there should be ashamed of themselves or the owner definitely should be because that stores completely mismanaged completely and to top all of that off the guy behind the counter keeps asking my name but two seconds later he can't remember it calls me something else I told him the other night just don't even ask me what my name is just say hey you your food is ready customer service I believe they're trying but the food thing...
