Arby's — Restaurant in Washington

This Arby's treated me better in the past. I really hate that the drive-thru is closed. I know they have lost business several times because of this. I came for lunch today and nothing was fresh. I ordered the classic beef and cheddar meal and a four-piece nugget. The bread on the Sandwich was dry and there was hardly any cheese on it, the curly fries that I ordered had about 10 crinkle fries mixed in there, and the four-piece nugget was dry and you could tell it'd been sitting out for a while. The nuggets were good despite being dry, I would like to try them again when they're actually fresh. Overall, I had to edit my initial review because today was mediocre at best. *Tried again and the people were friendly but the inside was extremely slow. While I waited at least 5 minutes for my order, I watch them get three orders in a row wrong. I don't want to come back to this Arby's for a long...

I want to thank Arby's. Today, January 3rd, 2021, I went through the drive through and I did receive the food and drinks I ordered. I checked the contents and drove away. I got about a mile down the road and took a drink of the very flat, very nasty Sprite. Instead of turning this into a big deal I went to burger King (Chocowinity) , it was on the way. Here's the connection and the reason for the thanks to Arby's. The sandwich was so dry and the drink so nasty I pulled into burger King and order the impossible burger with fries and a drink. IT WAS SO GOOOOOOOD. I'm going back tomorrow. So, thanks to Arby's for turning me onto the impossible burger! Ya all need to check your drink machine.

Returned to the Washington, NC Arby's today....

With increasing food costs, if I am going to spend nearly $40 on food for my family, I expect it to be fresh and hot at the bare minimum. Absolutely nothing in our bag was hot at all, and much of it wasn’t even remotely warm. No receipt was provided and one of the two orders of fries wasn’t in our bag. I went directly to the counter from the drive through, just to have the girl tell me I didn’t order them or pay for them. Without a receipt in my bag I didn’t have any reason to argue with her, so I just left. If you care more about an order of fries than losing a customer, than so be it. You got the meats, but you...
