AUNTIE ANNE'S PRETZELS - KIOSK — Restaurant in Washington

Kimberly was the one who took my order for my super excited kids. She told us that they would need to make a new batch and it would be 5-7 minutes. She will call out name when it would be ready. No problem I say. We were right outside because we saw our pretzels in the glass case and let other customers get in line because they were asking if we were in line. As we were waiting, standing right next to the glass case, Kimberly gave that customer my order that we were waiting. At that point I excused myself in the line and said was that the pretzels we were waiting for? She had nothing to say. I demanded a refund right then and there. Based on the previous reviews do not go here. But who checks reviews for auntie Anne's while in mall. I will next time. Boo on you Kimberly. You turned my young childrens excitement into dissappointment...

The line was ridiculously long, and only 3 of 4 workers were actually in the back eating food while customers waited. That alone raises major sanitary concerns. I was told my pretzel would take 8 minutes, but I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes now. Watching employees eat behind the counter instead of serving customers is beyond unprofessional.

I’ve been to plenty of fast-food places, but this one easily takes the cake for the worst service I’ve ever experienced. What kind of pretzel place doesn’t have pretzels ready at 1 PM? Absolutely insane and not worth the time. Honestly, Disney food lines move faster than this. 0/10 would...

This Auntie Anne probably has one of the worst service I have ever seen. I had to wait almost 50 minutes just for my order and it wasn’t even completed since I asked for a refund. The management and the cashier don’t know what anything is going and even lying saying I had already got my order. Finally when getting my refund after 50 minutes they were unable to find my order to refund and one worker just gave me money for the refund. I don’t know if this is the policy or if they just wanted to get rid of me but either way it was the worst experience for me...
