Unfortunately have to post a poor review - I sent in four PDF files to be printed on custom A7 envelopes (that were not cheap, they already had return addresses printed on the back flap) for guest addresses for my wedding invites. I went back and forth with Minuteman Press via email prior to bringing them in store to be sure my specific printing needs could be met. They reassured me that they could complete my request, that I would just have to bring extra envelopes just in case. When I finally took the envelopes into the store, I was told the job would take an hour which ended up taking several hours which was fine - just wanted the envelopes to be done correctly. When I received the finished envelopes, they only printed the first PDF file and duplicated this file which wasted envelopes. They also printed a couple addresses from the second PDF file, so they were aware that there were numerous PDF files that needed to be printed. When I went back into the store to point out the mistake and wasted duplicative printed envelopes, the person working there (believe this was the manager of the store) made it seem like it was my fault that these were printed incorrectly. Said I stored the envelopes improperly (they stayed in the box they were delivered in), said the envelopes I had were not standard (they are standard A7 envelopes, they confirmed via email they could print on them given the size and weight), did not apologize for the inconvenience and mistake, and did not show remorse for ruining half of my envelopes and leaving me with an unfinished job. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service before. They did offer a refund (which I took), but I left extremely disappointed and now have to order replacement envelopes that will take more time and money. Will not be using this business in the future and recommend taking your business elsewhere - save yourself time, money...

My family and I were under a lot of stress preparing for an unexpected funeral and I called with a million questions. Alison (I hope I'm spelling that right as I don't have her card with me to confirm) was indeed the most patient and informative person I dealt with in that entire week. She didn't mind fielding my numerous questions, as well as giving me examples of quality when I came in person. The turnaround time was also amazing as I came in the morning and my batch of obituaries were done by the EOD, which was necessary as the funeral was the very next day. I am again so grateful for all of their help/suggestions, quality, and flexibility. The obituaries also got rave reviews and I know that was primarily because of the quality of printing that everyday stores like Staples, FedEx, etc. just cannot match.    Read moreWe’d ordered 700 programs for a conference about half a week in advance from FedEx. Then, 24 hours in advance of the event, someone at the top said, “Can we change the program?”
Minuteman Press saved the day. I called at like 4:20 PM on a Monday and explained that I would need 700 programs by 4 PM tomorrow, Tuesday, and was there any possibility they could do it? To my shock and delight, they said YES.
We had to get them the file to print from right away, by 5 PM, but they pulled it off. Just after 12 Noon on Tuesday, I got a phone call saying that our 700 programs were ready to be picked up. (Also, even as a rush job, the order was $1300 under what FedEx charged us.)
