FRESHFARM Foggy Bottom Market — Local services in Washington

This is a small farmers' market next to GWU Hospital and the Foggy Bottom metro station. It's had most of the same stalls there for at least a year. There are two vegetable/fruit stands, several hot food stands (Lebanese flatbread, pizza, & paella), a coffee roaster, a mushroom seller, a butcher, an artisanal ice cream stand, a couple of baked goods stands, and a sauerkraut & pickle vendor (No. 1 Sons--try the rye kraut). My local neighborhood farmers market since I went to college at GW! Super convenient right next to the metro, university, hospital, monuments, etc! Great produce year-round and some great prepared food vendors as well.
