Duccini's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

Just a little Pizza shop with HUGE flavor! I read the reviews before going yesterday because my little girl wanted pizza and we just missed the chance to get some while we were at the zoo and I'm glad we did! The reviews for this place seemed all over the place but mostly good, my biggest pet peeve is people that say they don't like greasy pizza, those are clearly weirdos that have never cooked with real cheese and that's what this place uses. Don't get me wrong the pizza wasn't "too greasy" but it had just the right amount to know the pizza I was eating was made with love 😘. I walked in thinking I'd just get a slice or two but ended up getting an extra large white pizza, one day years ago someone put me on to white pizzas and I've been hooked ever since. There is only enough space for about 4 people to sit inside thankfully a couple just left as I was finished ordering. We waited and just as I started to die a little on the inside because of all the amazing smells coming from their kitchen our pizza was served! It was the best I've had in a while, the cheese on it was crazy, you'd think I asked for triple cheese the way it pulled (there's evidence of this dripped in the box) it had just the right amount of toppings and the dough was perfect. I want to say I'm a good judge of pizza because I'm a little bougie with mine, I can't do chain pizza at all, they're all nasty to me so I'm used to spending about $40+ on a pie, I didn't pay that for this one and got so much more than what I paid for! Good food, horrendous service and possible credit card fraud (check your statements).

Ordered food online on a Friday, but never received a confirmation email. After about 15-20 mins, we called and the lady on the phone said they never received the online order. So, we made the same order via phone.

30 mins go by, and we receive our email confirmation from the FIRST order. We call again, and the same lady apologizes and says not to worry, they will cancel that order.

30 mins later, the delivery guy shows up with our food...and 10 mins after that, a SECOND delivery guy shows up with the same order. I call Duccini's a 3rd time, and the same lady apologizes and guarantees I won't be charged twice (we sent the second delivery guy back with the food).

Today I check my online account, and low and behold TWO charges from Duccini's, and they are no longer "pending" (i.e. they are fully charged). I filed a complaint with Chase, and will most likely need to call a 4th time to attempt to clear this up again.

Four phone calls and a headache for pizza and wings. Also makes me wonder how two delivery drivers are sent to the same address within 10 mins of each other...I'm sensing there are some potential operating efficiencies to be gained at...

I LOVE THIS PIZZA AND THE SERVICE! SOMETIMES WHEN I NEED NUTRITIONS IN A QUICKNESS TO STRENGTHEN MY BODY ...I CALL AHAED OF TIME..AND..TELL THEM WHO I AM AND THAT I WANT THE "LIFE SALAD "

THEY REMEMBER ME... THAT IM REFERRING TO THEIR "CHICKEN GRILLED SALAD" O.M.G. !!! IT IS LOADED WITH VEGGIES ..AND I DO MEAN LOADED. IT IS SO..FRESH, CRUNCHY.PRETTY AND COLORFUL..

AFTER JUST A FEW CRUNCHY BITES..I START SAY "EMM!!".. "Emm!!" emh! My body immediately begins to waken , just like putting flower in water !! I kid you not ! You....have... got to try.. this salad . Whether you stay and eat it at the restaurant go home you are going there always enough for two I began to smiling..and saying emp..emp..emp.. while chomping down. IT'S..is... all most embarrassing..lol EVERY TIME I ORDER IT , IT' S NEVER STALE.. OR LACKING IN THE AMOUNT OF VEGGIES LIKE SOME RESTAURANTS.. AND IT TASTE... JUST LIKE IT DID THE FIRST TIME I EVER... ORDERED IT.. FROM DUCCINI'S.
