Also, on a serious note: DC McDonald's Resturant locations are basically broken up in the two categories: those with self serve soda machines and free refills, and those that suck. This MacDonald is the former.

If you are a franchisee and are losing money and business to this location, please disregard your intial misguided capitalistic instinct to cut cut cut. Provide self-service machines with unlimited refills, and watch the savvy, thirsty people flivkbyo your location. Pretty good free advixe no? I was almost a econ major in college, aaand a McDonalds Secret Shopper, so I may know a thing or two about how to run a McDonalds franchise well-- or into the ground.

Tourist here, I came to this McDonald’s to charge my phone. Also have arthritis in my feet and was in pain from all days worth of walking. I ordered on the app and requested table service and didn’t think there would be an issue since I saw a few people before me get that service. 30 min after I ordered I heard my table number called and the guy waving me over and I responded with I ordered table service. They ignored me and I’m too tired to deal with it so I went back to charging my phone too. 10 min later the guy WALKED UP TO ME, I repeat WALKED UP TO ME and asked if I was 112 and I can go up and get my food. I told him I ordered table service and he said they aren’t doing that right now as he stood near me. I told him when my phone is charged and my feet rested I will go up to get a refund, as I’m not in the mood for lazy service and disrespectful employees. As I sit here writing this, they continue to shout 112 after telling 2 employees already I will get a refund soon. As I stated, I’m tired, in pain and losing charge on my phone just to write...

Racial Discrimination at this Store

I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald's and suspect discriminatory treatment. My order (#1638) was ready on the counter, but the staff ignored me for over 10 minutes, serving later orders while mine just sat there. No matter how many times I asked, I was either ignored or told they were busy. Eventually, another staff member stepped in and handed me my food in one second—proving it had been ready the entire time.

Later, my friend also faced a delay, waiting 15 minutes while a customer behind him got their food first. That customer even pointed out that my friend’s order had been ready for a long time.

This isn’t the first time. Whenever I visit around 8 PM, I experience delays and unnecessary corrections when asking for condiments. It feels like we are treated differently from other customers, which is extremely disappointing. McDonald's should address this issue to ensure fair treatment...
