I’d seen this HQ for many years as I walked by. Signs pointing out they had exhibits and a shop were regularly ignored in favor of the local pizza shop. Finally, with a few moments to spare, I thought I would check this out. Wow - what an experience. It’s not huge but the experience is huge. First, they had a model of the space suit worn during the Apollo missions - neat. Then they had a piece of the moon on display that you could touch - Come here and touch the moon! Then, they had a multi display featuring info provided by satellites, which was very interesting. Then, to top it off, there was this little lit up hallway, and when you followed it it led it a presentation in a surround sound and visual room where multiple AI visuals interact with you as you listen to different scientists telling you about space travel - it was amazing. I am so glad I went and I think you will be as well. No cost, no hassles.

Pretty cool to visit NASA HQ even though I was there on business. Always nice to see some of the really cool technology the Agency uses. The gift shop had some really great deals, surprisingly! I wish I could've seen more. But business called, lol!

Everyone must visit this place once in life. The achievements of science and technology make us know that we are on the earth, in the universe, are just small active creatures! There are many creative ways ideas children’s minds can learn.

I called this morning to get some information on an application I submitted I’m not sure if it was the wrong location or what but the lady that answered the phone was very rude and dismissive I told her the info that I received in email and her response was why didn’t I google it … without any help then I told her I did and this number came up then she began to yell at me over the phone I asked for her name she refused to give it to me she just said she was at the general information desk I asked for her supervisor information she refused to give me that as well I need a person with authority to contact me immediately this experience was nothing but...

Whatever receptionist was working at 9:30am on 5/25/2022 was so extraordinarily rude. She didn't tell me her name, she just asked what I wanted and didn't have any common courtesy at all. When I told her what I needed she just hung up on me. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and assume that the phone had just disconnected so I called back but she actually just declined my call. Her insignificant attitude isn't going to have any impact on anything but I just thought that maybe she should be publicly blasted for being a horrible and...
