McD Washington NC. Terrible experience. Burgers, fries, fish sandwich, Happy Meal, drinks and desserts totalling over $50.00. Dine in. We ordered at the counter. There was no tea available in the dining room so we asked to have our single cup of tea filled in the drive thru. We were ignored by the "large female staff trainer". This large lady was wearing a tee shirt with "Trainer" on the sleeve. She had no name tag. After standing there waiting while several other patrons were served the large rude lady wearing the McDonald's trainer tee shirt asked sharply "do you need something?" I repeated politely that we needed our tea filled. She ignored me again, rolling her eyes and barked at an employee to take some tea to the dining room. When our order was set up on the counter there was no sauce for the Chicken nuggets, and no napkins. Asking for these we got 1 sauce tossed onto the tray and 2 napkins. My wife asked for more napkins. At the beverage counter we filled the small cup for our son but there were no small or kids lids available. I hated to go back to the counter to ask for a kid size lid. The large female McD trainer didn't respond to my request for a lid but walked around the corner where she thought I couldn't hear her. She spoke to another employee and said there were lids at the beverage station but we didn't know where to find them. At this time my wife and I were regretting this visit to McD Washington NC. Returning to our table my wife and I decided to speak to a manager. We gathered our order onto the tray and carried it back to the counter. The manager came out and was very appologetic, explaining they were short staffed. I said that doesn't mean a member of management (the tee shirt wearing trainer) gets to treat customers so badly, talking under her breath, rolling her eyes, ignoring customers speaking to them and the obvious contempt she has for McD customers. The manager said the "trainer" would be written up. It really concerns me that a person with absolutely no people skills is elevated to a position that can corrupt the entire crew with her hateful attitude. I hope someone in authority with this McD group will read this. My wife took pics in the McD restaurant of the restroom, dining room, tables and beverage station. All were dirty, tables smeared with ketchup, toilet paper and napkins littered the floor, wet floors, spilled soft drinks, fries smashed on the floor. Apparently no cleaning had been attempted for quite a while. As I said Supervisors, District managers, or a McDonald's corporate inspector should call on this Washington...
Read more2/26/2022, 6pm. Ordered large Big Mac combo, 10 pc nuggets, 1 small order of fries. This order showed up correct on the screen. After I was given my order, someone at the window asked me if I ordered a small fry. I said, yes, she told me to pull up to space #1. I waited for at least six minutes (didn't start counting until I realized it had been a while). After seeing car after car pick up orders and leave, I decided to go inside. I told the first person who approached me I had been waiting at parking space #1 for a small order of fries. A caucasian woman with blondish hair in a pony tail and long sleeve red t-shirt asked me if I had paid for the fries. I was so confused as to why she was asking me that. She said if I didn't have my receipt she could look it up right here (pointing at the register) and I could pay for them over here. I am still in disbelief she was questioning if I had paid for the small order of fries. The woman in the red t-shirt then looked at me, pointed to the fries and said, they are just coming up. Another woman, bagged the fries and asked if there was anything else I needed. I told her I did not receive the BBQ sauce. She put it in the bag and apologized. As I turned to leave, I heard a woman's voice say, I don't know what she was.... I didn't hear everything she said because at this point I was angry. Of course, by the time I arrived home all of our food was cold. The food isn't even the problem, the problem is the way this employee talked to me as if I was requesting a small order of fries that I had not paid for and then her telling me I could pay her for them. The owner of this McDonald's needs to know...
Read moreNot the worse McDonaldâs Iâve ever been to but definitely not good. I come here semi often- they get my order wrong often and Iâm used to checking over and coming back to the window to get it corrected. But today was the first time I had absolutely appalling food. (Other than one time where the Mocha frappe leftovers from a previous order were all mixed into my shamrock shake, and when I questioned the lady just said itâs the same machine to mix so whatever they use last often gets into the next one.) I took a few bites of my McChicken wondering whereâs the mayo? Then got one full bite of mayo that when I pulled the sandwich from my mouth it strung out like string cheese. Reminded me of spit like biting into long stringy spit. I know this happens with mayo and it gets slimy when it goes bad. I gagged and spit it out, nearly throwing up, absolutely disgusted by the slimy string coming from my mouth and to the burger, then pulled the top bun off for the strings of bad mayo not letting go of the bun. Lovely for a pizza to see how far the cheese will stretch. Absolutely horrific to see as mayo from...
