I am leaving this review because I am highly disappointed with the service I received. I have been to this location several times before, alway friendly staff and informative. Today I received the worse service all because I wanted honey to sweeten my overly priced tea. So I do not use sugars or syrups to sweeting my beverages, I use honey. Today two workers at here insisted to put my honey for me and when I asked for more because it was not enough to sweeten my tea, I was met with a major rejection because they were running low on honey. They offered me syrup or to water down the honey and I use that rather than allowing me to use the honey they had left. Very rude especially after purchasing the tea as a customer. I asked the lady is the honey not for the customers and she says if I don’t like what options she gave me to go elsewhere. I would not and will not give them my business ever again nor would I recommend them. Very disgusted that the customer has to compromise because they failed to be prepared with the required supplies. Second, anybody who knows anything about tea knows that to make stronger tea, you increase the amount of leaf not the steep time. Over-steeping Sinensis makes it bitter with tannins. This place needs to educate their staff on brewing tea. before selling it. But who cares about tea?... I'm sure their espresso is totally...

On my maiden visit to Union Market, I was in search of coffee, which led me to Peregrine, which, as I soon learned, is the only on-premises coffee shop - as evidenced by the massive line that greeted my arrival. But, no matter, because these things are good patience-builders, and it just made my Americano that much better once I finally got it. Plus, the servers were friendly, and the Market's carnival atmosphere was not to be missed. In the end, I quite enjoyed my visit to Peregrine, and even ventured back through the line for seconds.
Big thanks to everyone at this vendor, for providing me with my memorable coffee. Keep up the...
