Worst customer experience ever! Ordered online for delivery. Delivery arrived 25 minutes late, food was cold and we were missing part of our order. Called the phone number and it's a call center that transferred me to the store where I sat on hold for 10 minutes, so I hung up and called back and told the rep I had just sat on hold and he asked for my name and phone number to locate my order and then without telling me, put me on hold again and after another 10 minutes I hung up. So I went online to see if I could open a chat. Only thing I found was a "customer satisfaction" line that when prompted told me that I would be transferred to the store. At this point I decided to drive to the store and left my phone on call in case someone picked up. When I got to the store there was 1 guy working in the front who was clearly frazzled and severely under staffed as I could hear the phone ringing. I asked him if he was the only one working because the phone that was ringing was from me trying to call them for the past 45 minutes. I felt bad seeing him trying to handle the situation when he was clearly overwhelmed but he did his best to resolve the problem. The bigger issue is with pizza hut corporate having a call center that couldn't simply just apply my credit for the missing food and my issues would have been resolved. Read more2 experiences Ive had so far with this pizza hut. So first off, I ordered a large pizza with 12 wings and 4 cups of ranch. I was told it was going to be delivered in 30 minutes. I get my order in an HOUR AND A HALF later, pizza and wings are cold, and the driver forgot all of my ranch and the pepper shaker and cheese shaker. I had to wait about 10 minutes for store to pick up my call just for them to pick up and immediately end the call right after without saying a word. After that I had to wait 30 minutes on customer service just so I can only get $10 of credit. I tried to brush it aside but today ANOTHER situation similar happened.
I ordered only wings and I cup of ranch and they didn’t ask me for my card information. So when the driver pulled by, he asked for cash that I did not have. I had to Zelle him about $11 and the process took about 10-15 minutes. After the transaction finally went through, he then gave me my wings only and said that my ranch was dropped and it exploded from him dropping it(the same delivery driver.) I have no idea why he told me to send him money for the ranch HE DROPPED HIMSELF. Read moreWe ordered the triple box tonight since my 5 year old was begging me, with being the day after xmas I really don't feel like cooking and it seemed like a good idea. Now, I know it was really not a good idea. We got our pizzas more then 55 min after ordering. I mean seriously dominos only takes 30 min and even Round Table takes 45 min. We got our pizza and it wasn't even in the box like they show on the tv. Our pizza was pretty much cold, and the cheese on it was already hard and super greasy. The breadsticks were cold and hard. The chocolate chip cookie looked like someone legit left it in the oven too long and said oh well. Also what a surprise that thing was rock hard as well. Was not impressed at all. The pizza however had absolutly no flavor at all. The sauce was so watery and running it was kind of gross. The poor delivery guy looked exhausted and was so sweet, that's probably the only and I mean only positive experience about the whole thing. I will not be ordering from here again.
