We chose to eat here after our nice adventure to The Narrows in Zion National Park. It was busy when we arrived but found a good section to seat. They kinda took long with our order, but once it came out, we were happy. We had to remind them almost twice about our pizzas. We wanted to try the Cinnamon Roll, but the cashier said they couldn't make it because they were going to close. I think my friend approached the counter at 8:30p. We were traveling from Orange County, California. I think they should put it somewhere that desserts are not made passed 8p or the cooks should leave like three extras just in case. A regular customer recommended we order the marinara house sauce to dip, and I did see it looked good, but we ordered Ranch on the side. The Ranch is placed on a decent cup that two people can share just FYI. When I go back to town, I am going to stop and try the Cinnamon Roll and also ask for the pizza to stay in the oven an extra 5 min just because I like my crust on the toasty crunchy side. One of the buser gentlemen almost made me get up to get a to go box. It seemed a bit odd because I thought he would have some customer service skills. I think he noticed it was rude, so then he went to get a box for me. My legs were sore and weak from the intense trail at The Narrows. Anyways, I understand the workforce isn't the same, or sometimes management isn't emphasizing customer service when cleaning tables. Overall, it's nice to see the dough master spin the pizzas dough in the air and see a lot of workers in the kitchen making fresh pizzas. Thank you, everyone, on this shift for a...
Read moreIâm new to the area, and my daughter and I visited the Washington location around 7 p.m. last night. After placing our order, I noticed there were several empty tablesâbut none of them had been cleaned. We waited at the small bar near the downstairs dining area, hoping a table in the corner would be wiped down soon. After waiting about 20 minutes, I gave up and moved us to a dirty table.
I had to move the high chair and clean the table myself using napkins. Then I went to the restroom to wash my hands, only to find there were no paper towels available to dry my hands. When I got back to the table, a customer at the next table asked for napkins to clean his table because their napkin dispenser was empty.
I went to the counter and asked for the manager. The person making pizzas and overlooking the dining area said he was the manager, so I shared my concerns. To his credit, he had the paper towels restocked quickly and someone came out to clear some of the dirty pizza pans. He also checked on us later, and another staff member brought us to-go boxes, which we appreciated.
Still, by the time we left, my daughter noticed that none of the tables had been wiped downânot even the one we had waited for at the beginning.
The company website says they aim to offer a âmemorable experience far beyond excellent pizzaâ and âa friendly customer atmosphere where customers feel respected and cared for.â Unfortunately, sticky and dirty tables donât support that goal. When customers are paying nearly $20 for a single pizza, they should expect a clean and welcoming...
Read moreRigattiâs wood fired pizza... 3/10 pizza that I had to wait 1.5 hours to get. I ordered curb-side pickup at 8pm on a Saturday night. I get it itâs Saturday, busy as heck. Estimated time of pickup? We were quoted, before 9 on the website. We headed over when the order said completed, ready for pickup at 8:58. As per the website instructions, we pulled over and called in to tell the host we had arrived. The host answered the phone and didnât even seem to know how to find out order. He then told us it would be another 10 minutes and hung up on us. Thatâs okay! Itâs busy, I get it. 20 minutes later, we call in again. The host haughtily answers the phone and blurts out that the pizza is just getting into the oven, and it will be another 7 minutes. I asked politely why it was being put in now, since I ordered at 8. They condescendingly explained to me what a busy night it had been and hung up. 15 minutes later, my pizza was brought out by a confused host who didnât even know what we ordered, and didnât look at the model of our car to find us.
In essence, we paid a grand total of $35.00 for a lackluster 4/10 microscopic medium pizza delivered by a 2/10 confused, lost, and seemingly inexperienced kitchen. If yâall care about customer service, you must learn the concept of proper communication. I didnât feel that our order was noticed until we called in the second time, after waiting 1.5 hours. Just get...
