Good food. It's been a while since I had been there. I used to go here every weekend. With the family. Or for events in sports after games. But as an adult now.. I havent gone nearly as much. Great food and great people. The downside, the salad bar. It was like the only one in town for awhile that I was aware of. And now theres still not many that I know of at all.. but they really slack on the salad bar department now.. maybe its just me.. but i doubt it. I know I'm hung up over the salad bar issue, but like I said, growing up it was a staple for me. A fun place and great food and great prices. What I mean.. The salad bar used to be bigger.. just months ago. An L shape. Now it is not.. which means about a quarter of the items got let go. The major ones I can think of is the meats. I loved the pepperoni and salami and all that. And for 11$ per salad.. bring back the meats. I know I know.. prices go up and yah gotta make changes. But come on now.. price went up and a quarter of the items go away.. that's not right. Another down, the salad itself. Iceberg. And it seems most of it is the hard part most people would cut off. I enjoyed my salad a few days ago, don't get me wrong.. but I was dissatisfied. Still 4 stars.. and maybe I'm just salty because I've applied a few times and didnt get a job, seemingly for zero reason. Haha. Sorry, not sorry. But hey Round Table. I'm still available. Haha. Anyway, 4 stars. But the prices are high. The atmosphere is good. Not what it was. Pizza is good.. just not as good as other places right down the road. And the salad bar is legit what made me love Round Table. And now it just ain't. Oh.. one more thing. And I think we can ALL agree on this.. the BREADSTICKS. folks.. come on.. 8 breadsticks for the whole place every like half hour?! FORREAL? I ordered a salad to eat in. And then 2 days later I come back and order a salad to go.. 11$. I ask for breadsticks. Some fresh ones get put out (8 of em) and I was 2 people back.. and guess what? zero breadsticks.. they are great and complete the meal.. so that mixed with the lack or meats at the end and the crunchy brown lettuce ends.. my...
Read moreLet me tell you a tale. My partner is very particular about pizza, and it must be exceptionally good pizza. Round Table is that exceptionally good pizza. Many a times over the years, we've gotten a lovely feast for the household.
Not today. A simple order was placed. A deep dish King Arthur Supreme pizza, with a few modifications. No this, add that. Little things, dietary requirement things. An order we've placed at least six times in the last two years, and enjoyed every single time.
I picked up our order, took it home and opened it up. Inside was a thin crust pepperoni, sausage, and black olives pizza. Oh no! A mix up happened, we'd better take this back and correct it.
Except it wasn't a mix up. That is the pizza they made for us. It was not the pizza we ordered. It was not. Very specific instructions were given over the phone, because the online system doesn't allow for the customization required to satisfy dietary requirements.
"No. That is the pizza you ordered." They say, after my partner has been on hold for 15 minutes. "We don't do substitutions." Yes they do. We've gotten this pizza numerous times, and never once received the wrong pizza.
During this entire conversation, the crew had been inexplicably rude to my partner. Having made a mistake, instead of trying to correct it, they just refunded us the pizza and left it at that.
While I am glad I got my money back, there is the whole "My partner had been looking forward to getting their special Round Table pizza for the last week, and we didn't have another dinner planned" aspect to this ordeal.
The mistake pizza? Delicious. But my partner can't eat it, because dietary restrictions. I do look forward to getting satisfaction for...
Read moreRecently I used a card at round table and within days it was hit with multiple fraudulent charges at Mens warehouse and a few other spots. We immediately contacted the card carrier and canceled and reported it as well as filed a police report. I am a small business owner as well as work for an organization that uses card processors, most online orders for most businesses I do not have access to card information, however there are times for my other businesses that we have. I assumed this was the case in this situation because of the type of fraud that occurred. The shop owner spoke with me on his personal cell and told me that his staff do not have access to credit card info when you order online, that it’s corporate…so it most likely was something on his merchant account holders end or fraud at corporate (which I doubt) Especially this type of fraud, it was small and personal, not big mass fraud that I have seen in the past. But I probably won’t use their app to order anymore… I just don’t trust it, as I know my iPhone wasn’t hacked when I was at a soccer park. I wasn’t using Wi-Fi . Regarding their pizza and service, this is the BEST pizza in Silverdale,...
