This is honestly the WORST SUBWAY i have ever been to. They are all so rude and disrespectful, I honestly can’t believe they even have any business . I asked one of them for extra lettuce and this guy gave me the biggest attitude and started arguing with me and getting very loud and shouting. I asked him to kindly add a little more and he gave me the dirtiest look and continued shouting and getting very rude and he would cuss in his language and getting more disrespectful. I asked to speak to the manager and he lied and said no one else is working, just him. A minute later his manager comes out and doesn’t apologize or try and make anything right . I explained to him the disrespect and rudeness I experienced from his employe and he did not care . Every time I go in this specific Subway I’m greeted with disrespect and rude employees and also greeted by the flies that are buzzing all over the restaurant. Not only is the customer service completely garbage but so is their food. They have so many flies and bugs all over the service , place is disgusting. Tonight was the last time that I will ever go into this Subway. The men working tonight were aggressive and rude to me and my 10 year old daughter making us both very uncomfortable. They rushed her to order as though there were 50 people in line behind her, however the place was empty. Not only were both men unprofessional and rude but they made terrible sandwiches. I didn't see my pick up order ready so I waited. 7:55AM he helped the next customer who was nice enough to ask if I needed to be helped next. Subway rep said I had an online order but continued to help the 2nd and 3rd customer. It's 8:12AM and I saw him making sandwiches. Asked him, "Are you only starting my order now?" and he confirmed. He said the walk-in customers have priority over online pick-ups. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time. Told him to cancel my order and wasn't the least bit apologetic. Never coming back to this restaurant. Hope other Subway restaurants don't operate this way.
