Update: 6/27/24
I went back to redeem my points for a soda and this lady confronted me about my post and she took a picture of me and said she would be posting it. I told her I would take it down if she apologized and she refused and continued to berate me. The manager has done nothing but allow this behavior. She really is unhinged and doesn’t deserve to be working there. All I simply did was try to use a coupon and this lady fighting for that like her life depends on it! Had she said it nicely I would’ve probably let it go but the fact she wanted to embarrass me and be nasty is what got us here. So I’ll make sure I continue to update.
Was told by one of your employees (photo attached) that I could not use a coupon and that it stated no wraps. It does not say that anywhere on the coupon. The employee went out of her way to humiliate me and degrade me during the lunch rush. Not to mention to straight up lied to my face I still have the coupon and it doesn’t state that anywhere! I was forced to order online after I stood in line for 15 minutes. She was very rude and loud like she was trying to draw attention to the fact that I was using a coupon in an attempt to embarrass me. My blood sugar was also very low and I really needed to eat something not to mention it was hot out. The way she treated me was beyond cruel. I asked her to show me where on the coupon it said that she refused because she knew it was a lie. I have attached the coupon for reference and a picture of her. I work in the building next door and I’m nothing but courteous to the workers there. I will not be patronizing this location anymore. My employer has a cafeteria with a subway inside I will be going there from now on. It’s insane these people don’t honor the coupons coming...
Read morePoor customer service initially when I visited this location. I was told to have someone else take my order, after waiting for maybe 5-7 minutes, only to have that said person take someone else's order instead with the customer coming up behind me. That other employee had the nerve to ignore me and act like I wasn't there, on top of the female customer looking at me like I was in her way, even though I was there first. As I was walking out, due to that female staff taking that other lady's order first, the first employee, that I talked to, asked what I wanted to order. This would've been an o.k. review if it hasn't also been for the fact that I got charged $15 for a small $8 salad (and extra meat) and a few cookies that normally cost no more than $1 and some change. I know because I've ordered food in other Subway locations before many times and the total is usually under $10 for the salad, even with taxes. 0 stars for the employee that didn't take my order and maybe 2 for the other one due to overcharging. I don't believe tariffs are causing such a high hike in prices for expensive food in this case. I didn't even get a receipt so the employee could've charged anything under the sun. To add insult to injury, the customer that came in after me, was rung up first for her food order.
Please note: I've been to this location before twice and the service was always subpar. I've decided to give it another chance due to running out of food at home, last minute. If I had known that I would receive this terrible service, from the one tall, young female employee with curly hair in a pony tail, who ignored me, on top of the overcharging, I would have gone to another Subway location...

Im asking why so much.. at the time didn’t see the meal of the day they have posted.. for $6.99 which is somewhat more reasonable…. Here is the disrespect and poor customer service.. When I request can I switch to the meal of the day..spoke with the manager.. about the switch.. 2 of the workers begin to speak in Spanish and they were looking at me laughing.. instantly poor customer service..and the manager tried to cover it up.. No still poor customer service so they made the switch and they threw the other food prepared in the trash.. it’s sad because there aren’t any decent places to eat which everything is gone.. if you can bring your food from home or find another spot.. dealing in the food industry you the customer should always feel welcome and satisfied..
