Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Washington

I usually stop at Taco Time in Silverdale every time I go grocery shopping because I like their vegetarian options. But today was HORRIBLE. They always try to up sell so when I place my order I always add "And that will be all." Until today there's never been a problem and the attendant doesn't add their up sell pitch. But today he went ahead and asked and I responded "I guess you didn't hear me, I said and that will be all." When I got to the window a gruff looking guy aggressively leaned out the window and said "That was rude and there's no need to be rude." I said it wasn't rude and it wasn't intended to be rude. He insisted I was rude and after a couple more back and forths. I asked his name and said I wanted to speak to the owner. He said that he was the owner and his name was Travis. He had no name tag or any ID that he was even an employee. I said he "should rethink" his attitude and drove away. He almost jumped out the window at me and began yelling something at me that I couldn't understand because I'd rolled up my window. I'm extremely disappointed by this frightening treatment and would like to know if Taco Time agrees that I was being "rude." Since he had made my Veggie Soft Taco I had to throw it away and not eat whatever he had decided to put in my food. Needless to say I'll never be...

My granddaughter and I visited the silverdale store today (December 26th around 12:30) there was a couple in the store being very difficult. Obviously wanted to get a free meal. Sending the worker back and forth for everything like 10 times or more. Got a new meal made and insisted that the wrong meal be boxed up so they could take it home. They were very difficult, but the young man that was being sent back and forth for what ever this couple could get for free was a trooper not only being pleasant to this angry couple but did it with a smile. Did not catch the lads name but he was very pleasant even with two people trying to get something for nothing and being very mean about it. Wish i would have asked his name management should reward...

I went a little over a month ago. The chips were stale, the cheese on my nachos was not melted. Very bland. I honestly couldn't eat them. The employees were also having an inapporate conversation that I could hear, until they realized it and closed the drive threw window. My food was done and the employees were to busy chatting with eachother which made me wait another 8 minutes on top of the already 10 minutes I've waited. Horrible service, employees not working and just gossping. I complained. A month later I got a response which was very generic and did not mention any of my issues. No real apology for my experience.
