@Wendys what's going to this location for my daughters 8th birthday, she picked Wendy's because she loves Wendy's and thinks it's the best. Have been going to this location for about 20 years. The last two times we have gone they have not gotten our order right and this last time we had a online order. Went to check in on their app did not work. Had to go into the restaurant the gals who was in charge did not have a name tag on was wearing a military Seahawks jersey with no name tag. Went to tell her we were here to pick up a order. She did not check us in. When the store manager came out we talked to her the guy that we had originally checked in with said well I checked them in but somebody else took the order. We saw the gentleman with the his little daughter who took the order and it was not ours. The store manager proceeded to check our order make sure we were checked in and print out the receipt. The one lady tried to blame a different customer then us and finally we got our order after being there for 20 to 25 minutes. She did not apologize she was very rude and impatient. The Wendy's location itself what's messy and dirty the 100 in the Seahawks jersey was rude unprofessional and not well put together, was not wearing a uniform at all. We've decided that we will not be going to this location anymore because of the last two visits. Would not recommend do not go don't waste your time. They make you feel unimportant and unwanted. Read moreThis is my 2nd time I ordered food from Wendy's in Puyallup on 172nd St. This happened on Wednesday December 18th at approximately 2:30pm. I ordered toa biggie meal and salad. I specifically asked for extra dressing and pecan nuts and on my hamburger only ketchup and cheese. At the cashier I gave him $15.00 and he asked me if I wanted my change back?? I have NEVER had any fast food restaurant ask me if I wanted my change back. While driving away I reached in my bag and discovered I had no straw for my drink, no napkins, no extra dressing or pecans. My cheeseburger was cold to touch and there was so much ketchup that it was dripping from all sides. When I got home I called Wendy's and asked to speak to a Manager. The young lady who answered the phone and stated she was the manager. I explained what transpired and my cold food and she argued with me stating there was no way my food could have been cold?? My phone was on my speaker and my husband was listening and he couldn't believe what he just heard. He asked the manager "so your telling my wife her food wasn't cold?? Then she hung up on me...WOW! After writing this review I am contacting Corporate to share my experience with the female manager and Steven who also said he was the manager. I don't know about anyone else but I am tired of receiving cold food, missed items and/or the wrong food. The employees including the managers need severe training in addition should be repremended for poor customer service. Read moreKelcio or closio? Is extremely rude. I genuinely have never been talked to in fast food and all because they didn’t have change for the bill I had at that register. I asked that if anyone could do it at another register and she continued to be extremely unprofessional and said unnecessary things such as “people don’t bring cash like this to a drive through sorry”. I asked to speak to a manager and she said “he’s gone” and left the window. Since my son and I had already waited and the extremely long line for our food. I parked and went inside to see if I could pay for my order. I calmly asked the cashier if I could pay and kelsie (?) came up in a huff and said “you can just have it for free” and threw an order on the counter. I told the cashier I really don’t mind paying and they said no it’s ok I can have it for free… it wasn’t even my order so I told them this and they re rung me up and I paid for my order and received it and left. I want to say that EVERY OTHER EMPLOYEE was extremely sweet and you could tell they just wanted to provide good customer service and that this other person was making everyone (myself, workers, other guests) uncomfortable with her hostility. I am never one to “speak to the manager” but I was basically verbally assaulted for no reason so I will be following up with this. Incident Monday May 2nd at approximately 5:30pm
