I'm gonna start by saying I don't believe this has anything to do with this location specifically however when I moved to wasilla 2 years ago I loved this place. The food amount was worth it. I would pay almost 40 dollars for 2 caniac combos and a kids combo. Which yes is alot but I understood and it was reasonable. However the prices have since increased i can only get 2 box combos and a kids for that amount. We wouldn't have been upset, however the size of the chicken we had gotten was so small my sons 2 pieces barely sized up to the size of 1 tender. In that same sence my husband and my tenders were not much better, size wise we only had 2 tenders when we should have had 4. I understand price increase but what the heck we are paying more for less food. The service was good and fast we went through drive through and we're out likatysplit. But the foods quantity was not worth the price we payed for it especially when we used to get much more for less. And now we are getting...
Read moreI’ve been to Cane’s about five times now and it appears every time I go there the portions get smaller and smaller. I understand we’re suffering from runaway inflation and I guess canes is not immune from this. Yesterday, I went to Wasilla with my son to get drive-through and we literally had about 13 small little french fries in each order and also I noticed the chicken fingers are about half the size they were when I went there first time about six months ago. The fries are already small by industry standards for fast food so now they’re also hardly any in the order. We also got two Fanta’s and they were half filled up with ice so you had about two swigs of Fanta and no more Fanta. I think there’s gonna come a day when fast food‘s gonna go away because it’s just so expensive now and you get so little for your money it’s comical. 25 dollars for 6 small chicken fingers and about 1 cup...
Read moreAccording to three people, including myself, this fast food experience was a solid adventure. The place was clean and tidy for the most part. Now to the most important part: the food. We ordered the Box Combo, Three Finger Chicken, the Caniac Combo something that cimes with 5 chicken things, Aka. The Cardiac Arrest Combo. The Toast was fluffy on one side and somewhat crunchy on the other side, making it a decent toast. The chickens itself was lightly cruchy and fried very well. The taste of the chicken itself was pretty good, but the experience was much more enhanced with the addition of the creamy sauce that came with the meal and ketchup. Furthermore, the coleslaw was alright and a nice addition to give it more different texture and a refreshing taste. Overall, it was a great experience but not the "best" fast food that is available, however, it is still up there...
