I just had the WORST drive thru service ever. The lady ate the drive through didnt get all four of my drinks to me and then when i got them they had put maybe 4 cubes of ice in two of my drinks. When i went in to explain my drinks werent all there and there was very little ice in them at all. The lady behind the counter just slide me cups to fill myself. Not a huge deal I can fill my own cups. Went back out to my car where my wife was waiting on our order. She tells me we didnt get any condiments that we order at all. Little frustrating not a huge deal walk back in. Now by this point I'm just a little frustrated so i asoed to speak with the manager. When she finished bagging the order she was working on she walked up and said "whats wring?!" with this just look of oh god your back. I told her i didnt get the ranch i ordered the window and that I also had to come in from the rmdrive thru and fill my own drinks and before i could finish saying that it wasnt a huge deal but it was a little ridiculous. She throws three ranch in the counter and walks off turns her back to me and ignores me. I try to get her attention by telling her i wasnt finished she didnt say a word and kept her back to me until i asked for corporates number. She snapped her head around and told me "it's on the cup" like it was no big deal to have someone call and complain about her customer service. I said thanks and walked out.
Now i normal dont do these reviews but if it had end there. I would be on here.
It got even worse after i got back to my children with the food. Not a single fry carton we recieved was more than half full. The fries where at least an 30 minutes old or at least cooked prior to rush and had been sitting there a while. (I worked at a competitor of McD's for 4 years) they were luke warm soft and grease I.e. Old. Not only where the fries old but when i open the double quarter pound meal that I order I had 2 peices of cheese but only 1 piece of meat on my burger. This is just absurd the cartom even says double quarter pounder on the inside. It is not that difficult to get this job right. Your customer service is poor at its best and absolutely unacceptable...
Read moreMy son went to go pick up dinner for our family of 5 after a very long day. My son was gone for an hour and when I went up to McDonald’s to see what was taking so long, he told me they forgot majority of the order in the drive through and they made him go inside. By the time I got there, they were still making the food. They had no compassion or sense of urgency. I watched them laugh while looking over the receipt. I asked if I was going to be given a discount or a refund because of the wait and the girl working said she could give me back my money when I give back the cold fries and watered down drinks my son had in the car while he was waiting for the rest of the food to be made. I chose the refund (she still shorted me $4 but I was completely over it at this point). I called the number listed on the receipt to leave a complaint and was told I would hear back from someone within 48 hours. It has been a week. Not only terrible customer service inside that Mc Donald’s but apparently corporate doesn’t care either. This is the second time this location has given me issues. Read moreWorst Mcdonalds ever! Been ordering food from different mcdonalds in the area even out of my way just to avoid this one! Every single time I have tried to order food they end up messing it up in one way or another. Also the staff is very unprofessional. I've witnessed eye rolls to no eye contact, attitude, rude behavior and sometimes they do not address me at all. I have lived here all my life and have never had an issue until right before Summer hit. Not to mention I am missing half of my order as we speak and the other half is cold and the fries soggy which has prompted this review. I would have let it go but it's been the same horrible experience everytime I go there. At one point I called the manager to give advice on how to train their employees proplerly. Of course the manager was very apologetic and asked if i wanted a refund for my order, i polietly declined and gave advice instead. Thought things would start changing but ever so often I give them another chance just to be disappointed again. Judging by the reviews I'm not the only one with this issue.
