Five Below — Local services in Watauga

The website stated that this location had a particular item in stock. I arrive and the item is not in store. According to staff member and manager the item is in a pallet which is out of their control. However , if that is the case the store should not show as having the item available until it is on the floor. The manager was very rude and hostile towards me and my explanation of why I came to this location. This seems to be a staffing issue as she explained that items have been on pallets for 2-3 weeks now. She then proceeded to tell me that I should have used the online ordering system and they would have declined it letting me know it’s not in stock. Which is counterintuitive if the website clearly states the item is in stock! I will not be patronizing this location and possibly...

Came in 30 min before close yesterday. Felt rlly bad about it honestly but we only stayed for 10 minutes to grab a couple things. The two people working gave so much attitude. When we entered they rolled their eyes and were already shutting the doors even while seeing us walk up. Even when we checked out not a word was said to us. Not coming back to this location. I recommend the pop shelf located in the same lot honestly they’re very nice there, and they have the same kind of cheap products and room decor/...

I have heard people deride and laugh at this "down market" store but they are doing something right and have a good grasp of who there customer is and what they want to buy, and are pretty good at adding items to and doing seasonal stock change ups... ... I have stopped by 5 or 6 of there local stores in the last couple months and they usually look pretty good, a well shopped vibe without being messy, well stocked and always people working... ... Keep up the good work, you get my up...
