Dunkin' — Restaurant in Waterbury

Definitely don’t bother going after 7am, otherwise you’re pretty much guaranteed to wait 20+ mins! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I only ordered a BE&C on an English muffin, waited 23 mins in line because going inside was no faster. They were SO unorganized, the guy literally asked me was I “waiting to order”, after I’d been waiting in front of the speaker for several minutes smh. I get to the register, not only was my food not ready but I had to pull up & wait even LONGER for my one sandwich because nobody made it. Then I finally get my food, the muffin was soggy/cold/not toasted, the extra bacon I ordered was non existent, not to mention it was thrown together very sloppily! It looked as if someone stepped on it!! I was late for work because of this craziness & didn’t even enjoy my breakfast. I understand ppl are in training & that technology fails us at times, but 20 mins in a drive up is ridiculous. At this point morning rush should be expected at any place serving breakfast, so there’s no excuse. There needs to be better management. This is one of several bad experiences I’ve had at this store. I ordered at the drive in and was told by the guy who took my cash at the collection window to drive up and wait for your order at the door where by the door that i was told to wait had a door buzzered it was the delivery door and i did wait patiently and a caucasion girl who looked like the manager opened the door quickly all of a sudden and gave me the bag in a rush and i politely asked her can i have ketcthup and she acknowledged me by nodding at me and this part that i am writing this to you is because she didn't ever come out the door again after making me wait for an extra 20 minutes and then i rang the door buzered 3to 4 times and still no answer i then knocked on the door an additional couple of minutes until finally another dofferent girl attended me already with the ketchup in her hand gave it to me,which upseted me further because she didn't even have the curdosy to excuse herself personally and apologize for making me wait so long it was discusting customer service by her part.i will give you the date in when i placed my order and roughly what time so that higher management can discuss and correct this matter so this expierience wont happen to someone else. date(june 2 2012)...

Honestly, the employees and customer service here save this review by several stars. If it wasn't for them, I'd give it NO stars. I know Waterbury gets a bad rep and sometimes unfairly. But this plaza is, by far, the WORST retail spot around. I think every single employee at Dunkin should get at least a dollar raise, if not more, for taking their lives in their hands everyday. You can't even put your car in park here without some level of riffraff going on. And make sure when you're in line at the drivethru to NEVER idle at the break in the lot where other cars are trying to exit. A very sticky situation indeed.
