Arby's — Restaurant in Waterford Township

Twice in the past week this location has closed at or before 9pm, even though UberEats orders had been placed and the driver arrived PRIOR to 9pm for pick-up.

The website says it is open until 11. While I understand all restaurants are having staffing issues, how difficult would it be to update your hours in the delivery apps if you are going to close early?

Food delivery drivers commit time and gas money to drive out and pick up an order, only to then have to cancel it because the store has closed early.

The first time, the three employees left at 8:45 all in the same car. This time, they were still there, the driver arrived prior to 9, and the driver was STILL told the order would not be made.

Not a good situation for either the driver OR the poor customers who have placed an order that was accepted only to have it cancelled 20...

Super nice but had me pull around to get my order and asked about sauce prior to bring out. Came and gave me my food at the door and went back inside. Had ordered sauce for the kids meal, ranch and marinara for cheese sticks and asked for Arby's and Horsey Sauce. They only gave me one thing or marinara and forgot the rest. Was too busy to drive back around and the door had been locked. But the male cashier was really nice!! A women ran out tye order and while polite, just quickly took off before I could ask her for the rest. Obviously not a huge deal and maybe they were busy, but I more thinking they trying to close up, which I understand as I worked at a bar until 2am for a long time. Went through the drive through around 1:20pm and I did not appreciate the way I was spoke to. The woman who took my order was like what do you want? Asked her to give me a min. please she was short about that. I ordered my first meal without much issue but my 2nd meal she questioned me wanting a plain bun on my beef and cheddar. She was giving me attitude as I was explaining yes I'd like a plain bun not onion. It continued as I asked to sub fries for mozzarella sticks and told her what my drink was. I know during this season some customers can be rude as well but I wasn't being bossy or salty and she was not a very pleasant person.
