Let’s see. Apart from them being rude as hell with whatever people they had on this morning. (July 7, 2018 at 7:00am), mind you this isn’t even about the coffee this is about how rude they were.
we ordered one coffee and a bagel. Then we decided after not even a minute to add a medium iced turbo one cream, one sugar. We go to the window and get the first coffee. Then the second cup. I noticed it wasn’t full all the way so my friend backs up a little, tells him it’s not even full all the way & he seems SO confused. What are you confused about buddy? So he asks, cream and sugar right ? I said “one cream, two sugars yes” and he asks if it’s a turbo so I said yes. He then tries to hand the cup over in confusion, as if the coffee is correct and he wasn’t sure why we gave it back. I leaned over and, yes kind of annoyed, once again told him it’s not even full. So another kid comes over, but he’s not confused just rude and pretty sure he’s right. Anyways long story short they both confidently tell me it’s a turbo over ice. So just the turbo over some ice! Not what I ordered so I kind of got an attitude and was like why would i need turbo over ice and either way we said “iced coffee” clearly. So they huff and puff and give more attitude while handing us a new coffee. I get there might have been a miscommunication but the girl who took our order was rude, and cut us off before we even finished ordering... then the guys in the window not only confused at the slightest questioning but also down right rude. Customer service is just that, serving the customer. Which clearly none of them have experience in doing. Plus I’ve been in there numerous times before where the girl is short with me, doesn’t even look up at me & doesn’t respond well to a thank you when she just pushes her lips together annoyed and then says “yup” and then proceeds to take a regular customer of that stores order and starts nicely chatting it up with them. They need to learn some manners, to be friendly and not so...
Read moreI went there after working a night shift. I am not from the area. Not too picky about service or mistakes but when it comes to my favorite expensive drink at Dunkin then I am particular about it. When I arrived the girl who took the order was rude. When I approached the window to pay for my S'mores Bonfire Frozen Coffee, she immediately left the pay- service -window. I wasn't sure why. Perhaps she had to make the drink and not someone else. And this was odd to me. She had come back with an attitude as if she had to stop taking orders to make this drink. The drink is blended and layered. It does take a small amount of time to make but because of the delicious taste, and presentation, it is usually worth the wait and cost. The girl shoved the drink in my hand and didn't say anything. The customer service was like dealing with the bully from a horrible life time movie. To top it off she didn't put all the ingredients in the S'mores Bonfire Frozen Coffee. I noticed right away that the drink I ordered was missing a crucial ingredient -the crushed gram crackers were missing. I shook my head and pulled off. The service ruined my mood. I was just unsure how hard it had been for her to apply some already crushed gram crackers to the drink! I am glad I didn't mention it but had come to give this place a review to find all the other reviews who mentioned their similar experiences. Not worth seeing this girl in the morning or at all . Please stay away. Do not ride by there. Trust me, it's not worth it to have to deal with the rude staff or missing ingredients in your...
Read moreNot my first time in this DD never had a problem, but today I had the worst experience, I ordered in the app all the time never had an issues before. The girl working in drive Thru (skinny, short, piercing on eyebrow & brown hair)was extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered a hot macchiato and she gave me a cold macchiato, and when I told her i order a hot macchiato she told her coworkers “people need to learn how to order, this is the second person that orders wrong” I tried showing her my order and she said “w.e they are making it” (mind you her manager was standing right next to her and said nothing)at that point I was mad and told her to give me the drink Because I had to go to work & she said to her coworkers and her manager “yea she wants it back because she realized she ordered the wrong thing” and laughed. I then told her “NO I didn’t you are unprofessional and disrespectful and left. Omw to work I went to the DD in Flanders, the lady that took care of my was so nice and apologized (which she didn’t have todo that)I showed her my order and the drink and said “the girl definitely made the mistake”. So my point is how you fight with a person without even making sure you doing your job correctly, this is not the job for her needs...
