Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Waterloo

One thing I was always told in the field of work I am in... Here are three choices, you only get two. Cheap, Fast, and Good. If you want it cheap and fast, it wont be good. If you want it good and fast, it wont be cheap. If you want it cheap and good it won't be fast. Little Caesars falls into the Cheap and Fast category. If you need a quick bite, Little Caesars isn't a bad choice as long as you get the crazy bread, because those are great bread sticks. If you order a pizza, make sure you ask them to put it in the oven a bit longer because they rarely give you cooked pizza. The last one we got was so doughy. But I usually get the deep dish, ask them to cook it a bit longer, and ask for less sauce because they put way too much sauce on it too. The service is hit or miss. The last cashier we had was really rude but the other employee that came up to help...

Ordered pizza on Saturday online, waited the 20mins it said it would take to cook drove all the way there for the doors to be locked a gentleman inside said I’ll get a refund and walked away, I understand life happens and you can get short staffed or short on supplies but if people are placing online orders, you should respectfully call them and tell them that they’re not getting their order. I had kids at home waiting to eat dinner that had to wait a whole extra hour after this, so we could go find food somewhere else. I also wasn’t given a receipt stating I’ll be getting a refund since the gentleman wouldn’t unlock the door so now I have to call today to see if I’ll even be getting a refund because I’ve been charged $30 for food we never got the option of picking up…. Placed an order 12 hours ahead of time for 9 pizzas for a Christmas party. Got a confirmation email and noticed that my card was charged.

When I got there to pick up the pizzas that were already paid for they told me that I had to order 24 hours in advance for a large order.

I talked to someone at their location over the phone that told me he saw the pizzas coming out of the oven for my order.

I then got an email saying that my order was ready to be picked up. When I got there they refused to help me and couldn’t explain to me why 1 person told me the order was coming out of the oven and I had an email confirming the food was ready.
