Worst McDonalds in Watsonville. I order through drive thru. They had me move to window #3 to get my food. I waited there for 15 minutes while they gave everyone else their food behind me. I got off and asked them if they were going to give me my food. The girl in the window looked confused, they then bring me my incomplete order I called the manager on site and told her that I did not receive my complete order and she asked me if I had my receipt (which they did not provide me with one) I told her they did not give me one and she replied with the worst tone "well you should always get one" so I replied " if you are a manager this is not the way you need to reply to a customer" she hanged up the phone on me. I tried calling back and she did not pick up my call. What kind of customer service is this. I will be reporting this to BBB because this is not the first...

My family and I decided to have lunch there and when Jessica served our food we kindly asked for ketchup and she told me yeah but I had to get up and get it myself with an attitude and I was actually shocked because I’ve never experienced that type of customer service at any McDonald’s. We had ordered a happy meal for my kid and they forgot to bring it to us so I got up and let the cashier know and Jessica rudely gave it to me and that’s when I was able to read her name on her shirt to be able to write this review and I will be contacting cooperate because everybody else there seem like good workers and I could only imagine what it’s like to work with someone like Jessica and also no one should experience this type of...
Read moreQuality, Cleanness, and Service. I used to work for McDonald's, and they taught me about these goals. My visit did not match all of them. I had to place my order on a Screen by myself, the machine is not as clear or easy as the register used to be when I worked there.
What is service? Nobody greeted me as I entered or place my order; it was a wierd experience; I saw familiar faces, but no-one noticed me at the front counter. In addition, I did not received my order within the 90 seconds, which means, my burgers stayed in the holding-warm-equipment for more than 3 minutes.
Cleanness: it was as clean as it can be, 20 minutes after a peak hour, so not so bad.
Quality: Even though, I was told they were waiting on fries, they did not taste as good as they do when they are fresh, from well filtered or not...
