Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Waukegan

I am only giving this place a five star review because of the young lady, Stacy, that’s working on shift tonight. She was managing the cash register, donuts, coffee, ice cream, and the drive thru with ease. She kept a smile on her face and never made me feel like she was annoyed by the fact that she was working alone and people kept coming in waiting for her to take their order. I’m sure she was overwhelmed with the six of us waiting to order, six waiting to get their order, and the three cars in the drive thru, but she never let it show. Her customer service was exemplary and her calming presence made waiting to order a pleasure. Thank you Stacy for doing such an amazing job as a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin...

I was there at 9:40pm and I ordered a medium cappuccino blast, the lady told me Baskin was close. I asked her why and she said Baskin closes at 9:30pm when the hours of operation says at 10pm. I used to work for a Dunkin/baskin and crew will say the same thing because they were lazy to prepare the blasts. It’s like the food, you can order food any time but crew just lazy to prepare it and they say kitchen is close. It’s obvious this chubby chick was lazy to do her job but oh well you’re losing business...

Arrived at 9 PM with 3 cars of new Navy Graduates and the doors were locked.....all these kids wanted was ice cream for their first time off base in 8 weeks. The doors were locked and 2 employees were inside but wouldn't even acknowledge us. There are no signs on the doors to show hours so I relied on your web site, which apparently was not correct. BAD service Baskin....what a waste of very limited Liberty time for these new Navy Sailors and a poor representation of...
