Potestas Pizza — Restaurant in Waukegan

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered through GrubHub, never having eaten there before. Well my food was disgusting to say the least. Not sure if the people working here have ever had a calzone, but stuffing it full of old Ricotta is not the way to make it. And then after I called GrubHub to complain and ask for a refund, the manager demanded that I give back the good that was not eaten. I get it, you've probably been burned before in situations like this. So I put ALL of my uneaten food to the side, and waited for them to send a driver to get it since they were so adamant on getting it back in order for me to receive a refund. Well 2 days went by and no one came to get it. So I called GrubHub back and got all my money back. If that's the way you treat customers on their first time ordering, you will be closed soon.

Walking in, I didn't know what to expect, go through two doors like a back alley bar, there was no host, we mustve been their 3rd customer of the day at 7pm. And I can see why. The only server, she knew the food was terrible, the ice tea tasted like socks. The cheesy bread was 100% microwaved with a slice of deli provolone melted on top. The deep dish pizza was only thick because of the dough there was, and was bland as the decor. Family Feud on two of the largest screens I've seen in a restaurant, silen, Steve Harvey just mocking me, laughing because I chose to eat here. Honestly I order to pick up from you guys almost every Wednesday and Sunday. So today I decided to Dine In. Let me just say the Service was Horrible. I ordered 2 Pizzas and Wings with Fries. They messed up one of the Pizzas. So the waitress went back to tell them so then like 10 min later they brought out my second one. It was so undercooked the cheese and sauce was cold and the veggies were not even cooked either. The waitress did not even offer anything else to make up for the mess up and still had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to take the pizza they messed up home.
