Ordered here for the first time tonight. Placed a mobile order with the intention of running out and grabbing it and getting back home on my Sunday off of work.
As I arrived, I immediately noticed a line of cars wrapped around the building, in what is one of the smallest and tightest parking lots I have ever seen.
The line was spilling out onto the main road, where I sat with my blinker on for about 5 minutes. I was finally able to pull into the parking lot, where I parked and got out of my car and started to walk up to the lobby before I saw a hand scribbled not that was slapped on to the door that said “drive through only”
I then got back into my car and had to figure out how to back up out of my space which had the line of cars right behind me. I was able to make my way into the line of cars without an accident, or without starting a fight with another driver.
I then, sat in the line for about 30 minutes, as I trickled my way closer and closer to the order speaker.
I waited for minutes for someone to speak to me before I realized that there was yet another hand scribbled note that had been slapped onto the speaker that read “don’t work”
I then proceeded to make my way to the window. When I pulled up, the window was open and nobody was there. I watched the guy in the back ground cut pizzas for about 7 minutes before someone else finally came and poked their head out and asked me if I was picking up. I gave him my name and he eventually handed me my pizza without a word.
Being that it took about 40 minutes to get through the line, and an hour to leave my house, make it 10 minutes down the road and back home again, I didn’t have any expectations on opening the box to see a well made pizza. Good thing too because as expected… there was about 2 inches of crust, several slices without any topping at all, and it tasted as if it had been sitting for an hour before I got it home.
I understand that my pizza was only $7 and you get what you pay for, but I’m well aware of what you can and should expect from a little Ceaser’s $7 pizza. It isn’t the best in the world, but definitely shouldn’t be one of the most frustrating food experiences you can have either.
If this location was giving out free pizzas, and I had to deal with what I dealt with tonight, I would rather go to another little Ceaser’s location and pay twice the normal price in order to get it quickly and and well made.
I’m not even a little Ceaser’s fan, but they have done way better than this at any other location I have ever been to.
The only thing that could have made for a more disappointing experience would have been for an employee to have been disrespectful. Instead of poor customer service, I received none at all. That is their only saving...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would for this place I ordered a stuffed cheese pizza and some breadsticks online, when I came in first of all they were slow My Food wasn’t ready. I waited. While waiting there for my food I see one of the workers cutting the pizzas while using his phone He was literally using his phone back-and-forth while cutting the pizzas before he closed the box He will go back to using his phone and then he will come back and push the Pizza with his bare fingers to the middle so he could close the box he did this the whole time I was there was about four pizzas that he did including mines and had long hair with out any protection like a hat or something. Once I walk to the register the other worker helped me and I told him what I saw and happened I honestly did not want to even take my food, but I already had pay for it. If I’m being honest, I didn’t even eat it. I tossed it when I got home that was just a waste of money and the bread sticks were stale like they were already done previously and they just heat them up. They ruined my dad’s birthday that’s the reason that we got little Caesars last minute thing and they ruined it. Let me tell you when I left that place the manager was outside Smoking on her phone, I came up to her and I told her what happened and what I saw and it’s like I was talking to myself because she was More interested on her phone than hearing my complain. It’s like she didn’t even care what I had to say or what her Employees were doing I’m guessing by the way she took it It was not the first time this has happened neither the employees in there or neither she offered me any solutions at all. This place does not care about their customers at all. I bet they wouldn’t like someone do that to their food if they went somewhere to eat. so why do it at your personal job? This place was just unprofessional with my situation. No wonder this place Has all bad reviews. Plus my pizza was so UNDERCOOKED! Good thing we...
Read moreThis pathetic female employee gave me the most disgusting attitude!! Almost 1hr before closing I walked in and right away I noticed the sign “not accepting any bills over $20” so I asked her if I placed a large order can I use my $50 bill?? She NEVER greeted me or even looked at me in the eyes btw, and says since she started working there she was told not accept them, so she’s new, so I ask her if she can do me the favor and ask anyone in charge if it’s possible or not because she didn’t even sound so sure. Comes back, No! Not her fault, so I go out to get change, mind you it’s cold below zero, and I come back. Again, no hi no nothing. I place my order and ask for breadsticks, she says “we’re no longer making them anymore,” WHY? If you’re still open and making pizzas, why are you not making breadsticks? I just basically wanted an answer to an obvious question, but her facial expressions and eye rolling was so disturbing that how can I not feel so uncomfortable just standing infront of her, like EWWW! I asked her AGAIN to ask in the back since she’s so “new” and to check and see why if she doesn’t know. She instead walks away and takes an order from the drive thru, plays ring-around-the-Rosie in the back, looks at her phone, and returns to ask me “Do yOu StIlL wAnT tHe PiZzaS???” Are you FR???? I asked you a question about the breadsticks, you walk away, come back delusional, and ask if I still want the pizzas :-/. I told her it was rude of her to walk away the way how she did, and then she has the ordacity to tell me, n NOT LOOK AT ME, but say “That’s not rude, you haven’t seen how rude I can be!” Like first of all, she took the time to apply AND interview for the job, so if she don’t like the job/hours then GO!! I told her I wanted nothing, she said “OK BYE!!” Walks away. It’s very obvious why unfortunately she can only get a job at a fast food restaurant because that attitude and embarrassing pride that she had that night...
