La Michoacana & son’s 2 — Restaurant in Waukegan

Llegue a las 11:55am me atendieron hasta las 12:36. 41 minutos despues... Luego el muchacho encargado le dije muchacho 40 min despues me atendistes a lo cual me respondio, estaba ocupado y si estaba ocupado como lo pude notar, luego me dijo la ayuda viene en 20 min, con una mala cara, por la espera de los 41 min ni si qiiera dijo DISCULPE por la tardanza, un doordash conductor se fue dijo que volveria y otro señor se fue por la demora, le dije que deberian de tener mas personal para este tipo de situaciones a lo cual me respondia estaba ocupado, los jefes vienen en 20 no pidio disculpa por la demora y mas bien puso una cara de molestia, en realidad la comida es rica pero la atencion es pesima y la demora es pesima una vez me hecharon un cuerito y le habia dicho NO ME LE HECHE CUERITO y me dejo ir 3 cueritos minimo fue equivocacion pero fue lo que paso. La atencion es pesima la demora es bastante y el muchacho es lento y no tiene educacion para atentender a los clientes.

Went in after work cause I wanted to try it out, ordered the natural strawberries and cream and the classic elote.

You walk in and the smell of the food and treats just make you feel like are a kid again, the service is very polite.

The elote was terrific and takes me back to the street carts in Chicago and makes me want more 10/10.

The strawberries and cream ( fresa con crema) was absolutely perfect not to sweet and not to tart, another 10/10. I will be going tomorrow to try the tortas overall I will definitely be going back and recommending...

Great service here with a nice variety of food/snacks/ ice cream/milkshakes/ paletas/ walking tacos/ aguas frescas. The only Michoacana in waukegan that carries Nutella and Ferrero Roche ice cream my favorite! Would recommend coming here. The owners are...
