Subway — Restaurant in Waukegan

This place is so unprofessional. I got their at 8:55 which is five minutes before they open, and their employee was barely pulling into the parking lot. So I walk in and she tells me that she needs 10 minutes to turn on and get the register system up and running. Ok so I come back 10 minutes later and it’s still not working, she asked me what I wanted as she got her food prep station ready. I guess the toaster oven wasn’t ready either so we waited on that also. Finally she makes my sandwich, in total I spent 30 minutes in there because your employee clocks in 3 minutes before you open knowing she needs time to be ready to serve people once you open. Plus since when is it okay to have a baby in the back? This lady had her two year old son sitting by the register. Also their coupon scanner wasn’t working that day and they had a sign saying they weren’t accepting coupons for the time being, how convenient. I wonder how long it’s been “broken”. Very unprofessional all around, no wonder so many subways locations are dropping...

I have never left a bad review on anyone but Today We went to get 4 foot longs subs at this location but the girl that took our order and prepared it was rude as hell rolling her eyes at us and when I asked if we can get more ranch she gave me an attitude and said I'm out I have to get more from the fridge and I was like can you please she rolls her eyes again sight and mumble something on her way to the fridge from where she is standing putting more ranch on the bottle she rolls her eyes one more time,that's when I told my family let's go Im done receiving this type of attitude we didn't even do anything I could've been so patient take your time cause I understand she was alone but I had to leave from there before I talk shii so I told my family to go back to the car because we are leaving. we didn't do anything to received...

The manager was very rude the my brother and her employee. My brother order a number 12 and she was very rude saying that club was with wheat bread as he asked to subtitute it for italian bread, then she did. Then she stepped out and the other employee stepped in asking my brother what type of cheese he wanted and he said provolone and from across the room she yelled "it does not go with that cheese" and my brother said "it's okay I can pay the difference". She was very upset and she was like then its going to be everything separate and he was like its okay. We paid and stayed to eat there and she kept telling the employee "next time listen to me.
