Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Waukesha

I really like the pizza, and the subs and salads too. The employees are friendly and helpful, and all seem to work hard to make it all happen. One big disappointment though is that I almost never can get the pizza freshly cooked. They yell your name out when its done, but are so overly busy multitasking many other things at once that their managers don't let them find the customer and hand them the pizza. Thus if you don't happen to hear your name, your pizza just sits on the shelf and gets cold. Even if you DO hear your name, when its busy it may take quite a long time to get back to the "front of the line" to claim your then cold pizza. I've written to the managment several times suggesting I have some ideas of how they could change their process to make it smoother for both them and the customer, but the management has NEVER responded to my emails. They don't seem to have any interest in suggestions from the customers. Although I do really like the food, and the employees there seem to work really hard to try to get all the multitasking jobs they are expected to do all at once, since I can rarely seem to get a fresh pizza, I've just about decided to stop ordering any (though once in awhile give in and still get the delicious, but...

It had been a long time since our last time ordering here. That time we did pick up. No one was dressed for a kitchen environment and there was a toddler wandering around in the kitchen. We vowed not to go back. Then our kids were begging for Marcos pizza. Not sure why. We placed an order for delivery. Our kids love the garlic butter so we made sure to order several. When the pizza was delivered there were several different sauces but not one single garlic butter. We contacted the store and they brought out more sauce. 1 garlic butter and 1 pizza sauce. Still not right. Also the pizza was cut terribly. Some tiny pieces, a regular size and then on one it was almost half of the pizza that was not cut. Their pizza is great and worth the price with pretty good deals but they have a sign up that says 50% off of pizza today online so I went through the deals, didn't see it. Figured it would come off during my purchase, didn't happen. So I asked when I got there, seemed like she didn't know or care to know. Just shrugs shoulders. Its the most wonderful time of the year. Can we please have customer service? Where even if I can't have 50 percent off this time, I can next time because you explain it to me. That's customer service if you want to get paid well and tipped, that's how you get it. By providing great customer service....
