Lo mein comes in a sauce with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic and ginger, and shaoxing wine. They do not use anything. I've been there 3 times and the second time I told them about the sauce so they made it correct the second time. But I just got it again today and told them about the sauce and they said the noodles absorbed it all in the 10 min drive home. It looks like spaghetti with no sauce rn. Kinda pissed since I tip well. The only sauce it has is vegetable oil people.

I don't know if this place changed owners or if they are trying to "mix things up" but whatever is going in here it's annoying and I'm not likely to order from here again. I ordered from here less than a month ago and all was well, food was good and I got what i wanted. This time i went online to order, when you order there is a message that says all chicken comes with white rice, hit "other options" to choose a different option. Last time I ordered I hit the other option button and selected the fried rice. This time there is no other options button on their website.... even though the message is still on there, so I wrote "fried rice" in the special request spot, I also requested sweet and sour sauce with my crab ragoons. I got a phone call from the restaurant and the young lady said that if I wanted fried rice it will be an additional $3..... WHAT? I have never been charged extra at a Chinese restaurant for choosing fried rice, secondly I was not charged extra less than a month ago when I ordered. She also asked me what I meant by sweet and sour sauce.... ummmmm?.... isn't that a common sauce served at all chinese restaurants? It is ALSO mentioned that they have "homemade" sweet and sour sauce on their website, I said I wanted the redish sweet and sour sauce, she said... ok. I should have just said forget the order and ordered from somewhere else because of course when it was delivered i didnt have any sweet and sour sauce in the bag, I ordered the general chicken and recieved sesame chicken and the noodles were OK but not great. I don't normally like to complain but I was really looking forward to this dinner and when I called to let them know about the mess up there was really no solution made or offered. I'm disappointed to say the least and this will be my last time...

I have been a loyal customer of New China Express Restaurant for over 15 years and I have to say, it is my go-to restaurant for delicious Chinese food. I cannot believe I have not written a review for them sooner, but better late than never!

The first thing that always stands out to me about New China Express is the powerful taste of their food. Every dish is bursting with flavor and leaves me wanting more. From their savory stir-fries to their mouth-watering noodle dishes, every bite is a delight. I especially love their General Tso's chicken, it's the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

One thing I do wish for is that the restaurant had a better online presence. Despite being a regular, I always seem to forget their phone number when I want to place an order. It would be great if I could easily find their menu and contact information online, as it would make ordering so much more convenient.

The service at New China Express is always top-notch. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is always cooked to perfection. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant, and that is why I keep coming back time and time again.

In terms of the ambiance, the restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It's the perfect place for a casual lunch or dinner with friends and family. And for those busy nights when I don't feel like cooking, their speedy take-out service is a lifesaver.

Overall, I highly recommend New China Express Restaurant to anyone in search of delicious Chinese food. The powerful taste and friendly service keep me coming back, and I am sure it will do the same for you. Just make sure to save their number in your phone or check their website for easy ordering. Trust me, you won't regret giving this...

Wow...I don't know where to start. One promise I will make is that I'll never EVER order from here again. Worst Chinese food ever! The whole time while I was eating I had this eerie feeling that I was one bite away from getting food poisoning. I had ordered the Szechuan Pork combo platter and the appetizer sampler plate. The broccoli literally tasted like lead and dirt. I couldn't help but wonder if the broccoli was old or had it been dropped on the ground at some point. With every bite my inner conscious grew more disgruntled, to the point that I just knew this place had to be featured on "Dirty Dinning" during it's existence. 30 minutes after eating, my worst stomach began to bubble and I felt sick. It was at this point I knew trouble was coming. My body lost strength I began feeling weak, and a slight headache...food poising I assume. I don't understand how others rated this place with anything other than 1 star. The Chinese chicken had a weird taste (like old moth balls) and a weird wet texture. The appetizer platter also came with shrimp chips which were dyed with food coloring and tasted like plastic. The beef on a stick had a rubbery old french toast kind of taste too it too. The szechuan platter comes with fried rice as a side. Don't let me get started on the fried rice. I was so confused when I looked at the fried rice and noticed tan colored squares which at first I thought was chicken but it turned out to be egg bits mixed in with the rice. The rice wasn't fresh and I could tell the mixed in egg bits were old. I don't recommend this place to anyone! I should have followed my mind and ordered...
