This particular McDonald's is a joke. After waiting in a duel line bc they have 2 speakers to place orders from, an employee comes by and tells the car ahead of us and us that the speaker is broken. My husband asks him so what are we supposed to do, go back and wait in line again...employee with an aggravated demeanor says well I guess you can do what that car is doing and get in that line and they'll take your order at the window. So you want us to merge into the line? I guess is what he responded. So we merged in the line and the guy at the window takes our order and asked us to park and they'd bring us our food. We weren't asked if we wanted apple slices or extra fries with the happy meal and I didn't think to tell them apple slices bc we try to stay away from fast food and it's not my job to tell them. When our food was brought out, there were 2 employees for safety I'm sure. They didn't bring us out drinks. The girl said ugh he didn't give you your drinks at the window? No ma'am, he did not. So we told her our drinks and she went to get them. They forgot the BBQ sauce with the chk nuggets so I went to the lobby to get BBQ sauce and I grabbed our drinks. They forgot one of our drinks so I went back to the lobby to get the forgotten drink. I finally get to the truck to start eating my food and my sandwich was dressed completely wrong. I'm allergic to mayonnaise is what I say when I order my food bc I dislike mayonnaise that much. So this is my 3rd trip back and by this time they have shut the lobby door bc it was closed. I had to wait in the drive through line and wait for the next car to get their food and leave so I could tell the drive through guy that my sandwich was wrong and wait in the drive through line for my food. I won't be back to that location not bc of those reasons...when we were leaving...the broken speaker was now working and the other one was now out of commission. This tells me, the management was only doing this to slow down the store. Bad management bc they are only taking away profits for the store and possible pay increase for the employees. If I was a business owner who had a store that was doing higher profits, I'd reward...

It took us forever to get our order taken thru drive thru but my husband counted 6 McDonalds Employees in the parking lot...
I attempted kindly to request a Mocha Frappe with a "Special Request". Carmel drizzle instead of Chocolate... No extra... Instead of, as I do every time I visit McDonalds!!! They wanted to charge me 25 cents more .. for no reason.. ("Red" appeared to be losing his temper thru the window in the back room, first window. while we were waiting to have our order taken... We could see the heated conversation!)
I spoke to a manager.. . Started off kindly.. and I even told them that Corporate Headquarters TOLD me to give instructions on how to do it so I won't be charged 25 to 50 cents higher for something I'm not getting...
They saw NO ability to follow Corporates Suggestion and then said he's a Franchisee... He offered to call about this quarter.. and we have already waited forever during all this CRAZY tonight... We are Senior Citizens, This was NUTS!!!! So needless to say... We did NOT place the order....
I told them I am the type that leaves reviews so that I would leave a review instead of placing the order since they would not honor my request... And the dude (RED) actually said.. we have one of the worst reviews around... Laughingly‼️
Will NOT EVER be back! And Frappe is my drink of choice, Wherever I go...
I buy them nationwide.. and I don't like when people are not educated enough to push the correct button to not rip off the customer... And then treat...
Read moreThis location was totally fine before the pandemic, but now? Stay away, I beg you. I expect absolutely NOTHING from McDonald's... Zero. We all agree to eat their food when we've given up on the day, and the unspoken agreement is that we can exchange legal tender for old burgers. Great! Except this place can't do that right to save their lives. Twice now I've tried to do curbside pickup, and they just don't bring it out. The first time I waited half an hour, only to discover they'd made it and sat the order on the counter inside and notified nobody. The second time, they hung up on me when I tried to call, and told me I must have the wrong location when I went to the drive thru. If you're going to take my money on the app, give me SOMETHING in return... On second thought, don't. Nobody wants cold food that's been forgotten for a whole hour. Some of the people here are genuinely nice and trying their best to provide decent service under the circumstances, and to them I express my sympathy... But there's something going on inside that just isn't working. Aoid this place...
