Went to long John silvers last night because I like their food. Last night I received the worst customer service ever. Everyone through the drive through was rude. No one should ever be treated the way me and my husband were treated last night. It was so bad I needed to make a complaint. I usually don’t but I had to this time. Hoping no one else gets treated the way me and my husband did. We arrived at 9:45pm and they close at 10pm I understand that it was before closing but through the whole time of ordering the employees kept telling me “we’re closing at 10” then on top of that I guess they had no sides left except fries and something else because they said they were closing. Then one male at the window did not get our order right and did not give us the correct receipt & then to make this all better we did not get to order what we really wanted because he was so rude so we just went with what he had on his screen. He was so mad not sure why but he slammed his window shut. I’ll never ever be going to long johns again. Like why treat someone like that if you do not like your job don’t be there it makes the experience bad for everyone. Including the ones working around you. They were all very unprofessional. Looks like long johns has very little business to began with so why ruin it for the little business...

Patrice C needs a new career choice because customer service is NOT IT! Drove from Red Oak due to the customer service received at the Long John’s Silvers/Taco Bell there and this one was no better. Considering we were the only people in the location it at the drive through you’d think they’d be happy to see customers however that was not the case. She was rude all the way through the order, even when repeating the order she was argumentative to say the least. The icing on the cake was when she said anything else when we finished ordering for a family of 4 and my husband politely asked for 2 regular root beer floats and her letting out a loud sigh as though she was irritated. These employees need to get a grip and these companies need to better train coach and developers these employees then hold them accountable for their actions.
