Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Waycross

After being in Oklahoma for sometime I have learned way to much about sonic and how great there food closer to the corporate office can be and I’m not trying to reflect this on to the company. But after stopping into this sonic I get my normal sweet tea corn dog and grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was okay but cheese wasn’t melted all the way. The sweet tea I had to go back around and ask for another one because I thought they gave me unsweetened by accident. Got the new “sweet” tea and after going down road I noticed my lid the grains of sugar close to rim of cup and the texture of sand in my mouth which was sugar just added to my unseeet tea. Less then a mile down the road I found a local gas station and threw all of my purchases in the trash walked in and grab a hot dog from the convenience store. I didn’t mind at all eating a gas station hot dog after that experience. I think proper training is key and hope this location can have maybe a corporate visit to get...

Service was horrible took almost an hour 2 get 2 blasts and a slider, the drinks were melted and the slider was cold with a frozen bun. They forgot the cherry on the blasts and I had them take the slider back and make me another 1, 15min later they bring me my 2nd slider and it looked like the same 1 the 1st time just reheated, went 2 take a bite and noticed there wasn't no bacon. So long story short: I got there at 11am to have ice cream with my daughter it took us damn near an hour 2 get our 3 items My daughter and I were the 2nd ones that showed up 2 sit outside and the 3rd person that came about 10min after us got his food before us. Talked with the manager he said he was gonna call me back and make it straight, that was a week...

We stopped by to get a Blast after shopping. We went through the drive thru. The cashier who spoke to us over the speaker spoke really, really slowly. (Almost like Cecil turtle from the Bugs Bunny cartoon.) She moved as slowly as well. It took about 10 minutes to get the 3 blasts after we paid. She acted like she really didn't want to be there and she was not friendly at all. She didn't bother to greet us at the menu or when we arrived at the window. The blasts were very messy with the ice cream running down the side of the lid and there was just a tiny dollop of whipped cream inside.
