They forgot our chips last order. Manager offered to send the driver back and we chose just to have them add to our next order. She apologized and offered two solutions to make it right which is all we could have hoped for, but most of all, she CARED!! Good customer service is about half rare anymore! We were happy with the outcome and will order from them again. We are longtime Jimmy John's fans and mistakes happen but overall their food is good and employees are friendly and helpful.
Edit: Just talked to Rachel (pardon the possible misspelling!) - Our order arrived not cut in half, no napkins, no oil & vinegar on my sandwich. I explained right away that I didn't want anything for free and that we usually order during the week and our order is always spot on. We are ordering for four and there are adds/subtracts, etc. She said they did have a slight change in staff and she will communicate my feedback to the team. She also said even though I said I didn't want anything she asked if she could put in a credit for anything. I still declined, but the fact that she offered and cared (see my previous review)...

The line was pretty long so I did have a little bit of a wait which was not a problem for me however this was the best Jimmy John’s sandwich I have ever had I had some really specific customizations and they were able to successfully make my customizations work the bread was perfect the meat was fresh the only negative thing I had about my experience was a few of the employees did not seem very happy to be there but that did not ruin my visit because trust me I know when it’s busy it’s stressful!!! Read moreMy girlfriend and I saw that we could get rewards through the Jimmy John's App, so we placed our first order through it. We triple checked everything because we all know how Apps can mess up an order. Needless to say, do NOT order through the app unless if you want to receive the wrong order and the manager telling you there is nothing they can do. They will tell you there is nothing wrong with the App and their people know how to make a sandwich. She admitted that their system had a glitch and there were 2 different addresses for us. They still refused to change our order or help us in anyway. All around horrible experience for my first time using their APP and do not recommend this location...
