If I could give this location 0 stars, I would!!! This place is always filthy, has terrible service, and is ALWAYS out of food! This place is a disaster, and we don’t understand how they haven’t been shut down yet! This was our third visit to the Waynesboro location on Rosser, trying to give it a chance, but very disappointed yet again. When walking into the restaurant, we noticed that there wasn't a clean table to sit at, trash littered the floor, no trays available, and employees were standing around talking. We weren’t even acknowledged, as we stood there for several minutes trying to figure out if any of the food selections looked edible. There was no meat, the guacamole was not fresh and had turned brown. The rice and vegetables were rock bottom low, stuck to the pan and dried out. An employee yelled at us from the back to let us know they were out of tortillas and fresh chicken wouldn’t be ready for about 20 minutes. The other employees never stopped talking, and no one asked if they could help us. The table holding all the food was absolutely disgusting, with food all over it. There was some salsa in the sour cream container, and dried out meat was in the vegetable container. Several of the employees had long hair, did not have it pulled back, and no one wore gloves. We could also say there was a mad rush before we got there, but it was like this when we visited both times before, and different times of the day. We look at other reviews and notice we aren’t the only ones saying these things, so where is management and/or owners? The health department definitely needs to pay them a visit, because this kind of negligence gets people sick. This is NOT good for Waynesboro, and we won't be returning to this...
Read moreI love Chipotle food. What bothers me is the prices, staff training, and consistency. At almost $50 a pop for a two person meal, I would expect to get at least forks and napkins with my meal. My husband and I would ordinarily go in to get our food. However, we were just leaving the hospital with our newborn and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. So we ordered online only to be given our food without cutlery or napkins. In addition, it seems as though the portion sizes have gone down quite a bit (especially the $4 chips at a 1/4 bag full, if that), and the customer service has taken a plunge with some of the food service workers doing nothing short of slopping the food into the container like one would see a netted hair lady do in the cafeteria line at a prison. My recommendation to Chipotle would be to stop cutting corners. Whether that means paying your employees what they deserve so that patrons don't have to make up for your inability to pay fair wages by "tipping" for services rendered, or lowering your prices in lieu of the ever so obvious shrinkflation -- something should be done. This is not solely a Waynesboro Chipotle problem. Read morePlaced mobile order for 4:50 pm. Was told it would be 5 more minutes on the chicken so I needed to wait and go back around. Went back around at 4:57 pm and got in line behind another car. I waited 15 minutes, now it has been 25 minutes since my pick up time. I called the store and got a bunch of automated nonsense. I finally got through and I told the girl I had a pick up time of 4:50 and it was now a little more than 25 minutes since my pick up time and I was in line and no had come to the drive up window. I was informed the lady at the window was waiting on chicken, mind you I had been waiting since 4:50. I asked that they ask her to wait and come back around as I had done and she said I could come in and get my food and hung up on me. I was trapped in the drive through with one car parked in front of me and one so close to my bumper I couldn’t walk between cars. I tried to call again and no one answered. I continued to wait. After 15 - 20 more minutes they finally brought food to the car holding up the line.
