I came here with my brother . We were Wyndham hotel guests too. We had several appetizers, my brother had probably 50.00 in wine. He had 22.00 pasta plate. I had bloomin onion. 13OZ. RIBEYE. ASKED for medium rare.. I noticed my marbled edge of steak was nice was half the steak..thats the tender part i love. I tasted it. Did small slit saw it does need more cooking. it came out raw..im ok..just throw it back on grill. It'll be fine. We'll they were not that busy. Man behind me ordered ribeye too. Well about 7 minutes, my steak was delivered to the man behind me. I saw where I ate one bite..I saw it was charred from being thrown back plus the slit I put into the nice wide.marbled side. 10 minutes another ribeye was put in front of me..also raw. Entire new steak. I asked wheres my steak I had. Was told I don't know. I said I know yall served.it to the new customer..man behind me. She responded well I asked kitchen whete was your steak I brought back they also didn't know. Again I said omg. How do you do that..serve a steak i.had already to another person.. she said I lnow..well let's hope not. I said ok then where's the steak.. I said well this one's even more raw. Next thing I know a lady named Brittany was at my table saying didn't we cook u a steak..I said yes. But it was entirely different steak and my steak was put on that man's plate..she said hateful..no it was not. I think your steak was put in trash. I said ma'am I was told the kitchen said twice they did not know what happened to my steak..and I do. No one else had a steak in there..plus I literally saw my steak. Im not stupid.. I was called a liar. And disrespected by her rolling her eyes. Saying well.i don't care ma'am what you say and she rudely walked away. I did not pay for my steak in which I did not eat . The man who did get my steak came over and said I got a free meal because they said I got a steak that had been on another table. I did not care about my steak being re-cooked or replaced..but I cared about being disrespected, called a liar and another person receiving a steak I had touched, cut and took a bite.of. and yes stuff happens..but when it does. Own the mistake , apologize and treat the customer respectful. I'm a huge fan of Outback. I had a waitress / bartender named Adriene, she was very apologetic, knew herself what had took place and liked her.. but the girl Brittany. She was noone I'd want to deal with any customers of mine. She was...

She apologized for the entire visit and assured me my next visit would be a favorable one. She corrected the situation and made up for the bad experience. Thank you Emily, for your sincere effort and dedication. I will be giving you 5 stars.
6/3/2023 5:00 PM: Since this review is about the food, I will not be rating the service, because the server was fairly young and he did his best. Dinning area appearance was overall unkempt. Tables booths full of crumbs and I ask to be moved from the first booth I was placed in because the seating was so low. Second booth food all over the seat I had to take the napkin the utensils were in and wipe it down. Salt pepper dispensers dirty. I ask for paper napkins because the other cloth napkin had food on it as well The food: Bread was ok. The salad was old and had onions which I ask not to be included on the salad. Cucumbers old and lettuce was limp. This salad was premade and at least 2 days old. Potato and steak: Was brought to me on a small plate. when it was placed in front of me I did not know what to think (did I get someone else’s order?) the steak was ok but did not taste like a ribeye and butter and sour cream was already added to potato A BIG NO! NO! This should always be placed on the side. No extra sour cream or butter brought out and no steak sauce. When the server came back I ask was this the 8oz ribeye I ordered and it was not. I was told I would get a credit on my receipt since I was given the wrong steak that was fine and I left a tip to help out the server. In my honest opinion the entire meal should have been credited and I should have been paid to eat there. It was not good, I can’t lie and I have to be honest about this visit since I rate all food establishments. If I was a true customer and not just going in to rate the restaurant , I would honestly never go back again. Customers nowadays need to be more vocal about these restaurants and the food served to them. Otherwise they become pigs waiting for the slop to be...
Read moreUpon entering the restaurant, I noticed a smell that seemed a little greasy. The rugs at the front entrance were dirty, with little foot traffic at that moment. The floors leading to our booth and under the booth were slimy feeling to me. The cracks between the booth seat and the wall were full of crumbs. The bathroom was ok. A dirty knife was served stuck in our loaf of bread. Both of our napkin wrapped silverware had dirty knives. We showed our knives to the waitress and she got us another wrapped set, another dirty knife. She went to the back and made sure she came back with a clean knife. The waitress was very good, by the way. The manager came by and apologized very sincerely. He said he wanted to do something very special for us for the problems we were having. On to the food. We have always enjoyed the Outback Steakhouse, it has always been our favorite, until tonight,. Our cheese fries were good but seemed to have some fake bacon bits mixed in with the real bacon pieces on the top. My entree was good, tilapia with lump crab meat, except for some extra big pieces of char. My wife had Queensland chicken and shrimp fettuccini. She didn't like it, I have to agree. The sauce was watery, chicken was rubbery and noodles were mushy. Also the shrimp's taste seemed to have a weird charred flavor. The waitress offered us free dessert before our check. Not wanting to eat anything more there, we declined and asked to have our cheese fries removed from the bill. She was happy to oblige. Not wanting to come back anymore we decided to give the waitress the difference we had left on a gift card. $14.29 tip on a $36 check. I have never written a review on a restaurant, ever! But I felt I needed to get this...
