This is probably the third time I’ve had issues with this Mcdonald’s. I ordered my food inside with the kiosk and I know and understand that they charge for sauce after a certain amount and on the kiosk it didn’t charge me and I wanted 6 sauce. When i went up to get my food they forgot my drink, I asked for more sauce and I don’t know the name but it was a female worker, said that she put 3 in there and if I want more I have to pay for it. I told her that I put 6 on the kiosk when i ordered it. When i put how much sauce I want whether I pay for it or not I expect to get that amount. It’s not my fault that their machine didn’t charge me for it. They’re so worried about how much sauce I receive or have to pay for that they forgot my 6 piece chicken nugget that costed me almost 7 dollars. I didn’t know until I got home. Every time i get food from this place they always forget something. I stood there for 5 minutes arguing with this employee about some damn sauce because 3 isn’t enough for the amount of food i ordered. When you order on doordash you end up paying 3 dollars for sauce just for them to not put it in the bag. Charging for some sauce is outrageous ESPECIALLY when 98% of the time you don’t even receive it. I barely order from here for this exact reason, they forget items, or don’t give you sauce when you ask for a specific amount even when you pay for it. Shouldn’t have to argue with a worker for some sauce, it’s very unprofessional for them to argue instead of just fixing the problem. Mcdonald’s needs to get...
Read moreTerrible!! Expensive!! Unfriendly!! First off I've only gone to McDonalds in general 2 times in the last 3 years because the service is always bad, the prices continue to go up, the food is getting smaller, and each time it seems to always hurt my stomach. This location and my last visit has set me over the edge though. For 2 kids meals, a double quarter pounder meal (large) and 1 McRib was over $30. A 6 piece nugget kids meal is somewhere around $8. There was nobody else in the drive-through and we had to pull up to the overflow / make our line look like it's moving faster than it really is spot. They were waiting on the McRib. It was 12 minuets from the time on the recipt till we got our food. By then the rest of the food was cold. The person that profit our food out just handed me the bag and said "here ya go" in the most (I hate my life tone of voice possible). McDonalds menu has shrunk in variety over the years and grown in price and still each time I've went, I've had to pull into a waiting spot. Needless to say I will NEVER return to a McDonalds agian especially this one. I still don't see why they are in buisness. McDonalds in general is a way different place then what it used to be back in the day. Oh and the McRib tasted like it was made from a frozen TV dinner meal with the most generic value brand BBQ sauce...
Read moreWhen I pulled up to the window after ordering, the man at the window said (and I quote), "can you at least tell me what you ordered, brother?" I thought the system was set up to keep track of that, but whatever, fine; I don't mind clarifying. But I don't appreciate the "at least" part--I hadn't even said anything to him yet. He just opened the window and started in. Also, DON'T CALL ME "BROTHER." Then, when I pulled up to the next window to get our order, that worker handed me a smoothie that was dripping everywhere. She had to have known, as it was all over the place. She then shut the window. I had to motion her to come back, so I could ask for napkins. You know, come on. Don't hand someone a mess and then just shut the window on them. She should have at least asked if we needed any napkins. So, yeah. Very disappointing tonight.
Update: this time I was called "Buddy" while ordering. At the payment window, the worker talked and moved like she was about 1.5 seconds away from taking a nap. Then, when I got to the food window, the worker there greeted me with "uh-huh." I hadn't spoken to him yet. He handed me my order, I said, "thank you," and he replied, "yep." There was zero professionalism in the whole...
