Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Webb City

The manager at this establisment, Kyle or Carl?, was one of the kindest workers I have ever had the pleasure of ordering food from. His effortless customer service ensured that I will be returning to this Papa Johns for all my pizza needs. Watching him manage his team was inspiring. He did upsell us on the breadsticks, which were driping, swiming, and positively drowning in delicious garlic butter. Gracefully gliding around the kitchen I saw him fulfill many orders at once, practically running the place himself.

I ordered 3 pizzas, veggie papa bowl, and a cookie on the Papa John's website. The veggie papa bowl I ordered with no cheese. When they delivered it the bowl had a ton of cheese on it so I called and told them that it had cheese. I was told that not only did I have to select no cheese I have to write no cheese in the instructions. I got a lecture from the employee over the phone and when they delivered the new one they felt the need to give a lecture to my guest that answered the door. The pizza wasn't that good. Been using the bathroom there for roughly 12 days, they had soap for 3 of those days. Not only that, just because i was curious, i put toilet paper behind the toilet to see how long it would take to clean. They just cleaned it yesterday, and refilled the soap. The plunger was literally collecting dust. The store is also always dirty for some reason, weird white powder on the floor, tons of leaves, tables full of smudges and dirt. Its nasty. The manager...
