I eat here on a regular basis because the staff is always very friendly and provide great service. The food is always top notch fresh and good. Today while ordering my sandwich the manager Anthony came and said hello. He made an already great place to eat even better with his kindness and appreciation for me as a customer. To many businesses today lose sight of customer service and that's why they either struggle or close their business. I will go out of my way to eat here again and again. Thank you guys for remembering without customers it doesn't matter how good your product is if people won't come back and buy it.
So wouldn't let me write a new review only edit this one. This was my review over a year ago, and since I have frequented this place at least once a week since receiving the same level of service I received from Anthony that day. Tonight was not so much the case. I received an email to download the new app and it stated if you download the app your first in app sandwich would be free. I did so but was charged for my sandwich. When I questioned the manager on duty as to why this was he held his hands up and said "We have no control over our app" I said "wrong answer" and was told I could call someone. Really I should go home and call someone? He offered me Anthony's card. CUSTOMER SERVICE, I can't stress that enough. People take care of your customers or your competition will. Take care of your customers when the issue arises, don't send them to your...
Read moreI am a stickler for customer service and I don't feel as though the customer service experience should waiver between customers. It does not matter if you are 30 minutes away from closing, or if you had a bad day. Be consistent. You never know how a positive experience from you may impact the person you may come in contact with. After seeing the reviews and hearing about this place from my old co-worker, I decided that I wanted to give it a try. To make a long story short, I text my wife what I wanted. She went in to order and due to a misunderstanding on the servers part, certain items were missing from a really basic order (regular chipotle cheese steak, light on the mayo, and no peppers). When the grilled onions weren't placed on the sandwich, my wife let the server know and he placed raw onions in a cup and slid it down the counter to her. That actually can be perceived as rude, but when you ignore the customer that is ordering from you and proceed to address the next customer as if my wife does not exist, that's where the line had been crossed. Even your co-worker/manager let you know that my wife had been trying to get your attention. I don't know if this is the norm for this type of establishment, but it was not a good impression, and left a bad taste in our mouth. We will visit another location next time and see if this is the culture, if so, then I won't get offended. If at any time she felt uncomfortable, I wish she would...
Read moreI order online here for the first time. A girl by the name Ashley answered and took my order. At first she was pleasant and respectful. After my husband dropped my order off before work I noticed my sandwich was completely wrong. Normally this would be okay but it had extra onions and I’m highly allergic to them. Because I had no transportation I ended up using door dash to get a new sandwich. I called the store to make sure they made my sandwich correctly and to put the add on items when Ashley started getting hostile saying she didn’t make a mistake. She said she wasn’t giving me anything free because she personally made my sandwich and it was made right. Well I didn’t call for anything free. I called to make sure the second sandwich I paid for is correctly made. She’s arguing me about my order and what she did and how she made it. Then tells me they are out of product for my second sandwich. I told her to forget the sandwich and just refund me and she said fine and hung up on me. Then instead of refunding me she had a partial sandwich made and delivered. I’m so angry at the treatment from her and after speaking to her higher ups I...
