We usually have no problems with this store, but lately it's been awful. On several occasions we've gotten home with missing donuts from our dozen donuts box and on 2 separate visits I've mobile ordered frozen coffees and paid for them, when I got there I was told the machine was broken and had to substitute with iced coffee. I realize they may be working on a limited menu, but change the online menu if that's the case. You are charging people for the higher priced item and giving them a cheaper drink. Yesterday we mobile ordered wake up wraps and coffee, the wraps were ice cold and only had about a quarter piece of sausage on them. Today I mobile ordered 2 wake up wraps and coffee, when I got there they tried to charge me for my order even though I had already paid on the app. They gave me my drink and missed the wraps. After sitting for 5 mins at the window, with the girl at the window just sitting there staring into my car the whole time, I was told to pull around front, another 5 min wait. I got my food, hot this time, but there was paper inside BOTH wraps. Complete carelessness. There's no number on the receipt to call the store and I was already too far away to go back. I will be emailing the corporate office and this Dunkin has lost our business....

Read moreHonestly this place does not even deserve a one star rating. The staff has changed drastically over the last three months, they are incredibly rude and have horrible customer service. The brown haired lady that is always working front counter always gives me an attitude when I go in. The drive thru lines have been 20 minutes long lately, the inside was closed for no reason a couple weeks ago. The manager also charged me for whip cream on my signature latte, when the picture shows that they come with whip cream. The new management and staff need to learn the proper way of customer service, it’s unacceptable and it makes me never want to come back to this Dunkin’.
