Bob's Classic Brass & Brew — Restaurant in Wenatchee

This is the most outrageous thing I've ever paid for!!! This is supposed to a 6oz top sirloin steak,,, and for whatever reason it was smaller than the Texas burnt garlic bread that garnished it!!! I thought I was going to enjoy a nice cider brew and meal with co-workers even went as far as inviting the team I work with. Thank God it was only the 3 of us that were distastefully served by a non attentively, sidetracked, unconcerned waitress and as the meal came we were in the process of getting utensils ready and 1 of us asked for ranch to which our waitress completely ignored the request and left abruptly.. I searched my plate for a few minutes and then under the plethora of fries that were way too salty and the burnt Texas toast I missed the steak and mistook the whole thing for a 3rd piece of toast......... Poor food portions lead to me paying for the meal and leaving it just as it was on the plate untouched but for 1 fry and size comparison of the toast n steak,, to top off that expression of flighty server she asked me for what reason I was uninterested in eating their food to which I explained (though I shouldn't have had to say anything) does that look like a 6oz piece of meat,, she then said that she was wanting to know what was wrong so she could tell "them"... Whom "them" is let me be very clear no way in hell would "you" convince me or anyone else of this distorted idea of a top sirloin steak being 6oz. Priced at the dollar amount plus none of your drinks are cider infused or paired with or whatever. 1star was because they had a ATM at the location and I still tipped...

We went into bobs burgers with high expectations. As my husband said it was one of his favorites. We are a family of 4 and it was dinner time so we understand waiting some time . But we placed our order a little after 5pm and watched other tables get their food before us, after they had ordered long after us. the server came to our table and asked my husband for another beer but never once asked if myself and my two children wanted another drink- she was only concerned about my husbands beer even though my cup sat empty. We finally got up at walked out @6pm. Which the manager came running after us threatening that it was illegal to leave without paying. So I go back in and I pay for the two beers my husband ordered and the manager proceeded to say with an irritated attitude “well I guess I will just comp the food”. And then ask me if I wanted change from the beers. Which is crazy she would even ask that! Never once did they apologize for their poor service. Just wanted to make us feel bad for being fed up for waiting, sorry I have 4 & 9 year old sons who were starving we had just got done playing baseball all day. and we understand waiting when busy but we were completely ignored the server walked by us several times without asking us if we need anything. In the hospitality business your job is to serve others. We work hard for our money and we don’t go out often so when we do go out we do expect to get at least decent service and enjoy ourselves. We had a large party that booked into Bob’s around a week before we went to eat dinner there this past Saturday. It was a youth baseball team, plus parents / families. With the advanced notice they had plenty of time to staff up to make sure that they could handle the group. There were no real complaints about the food other than a player receiving his fajitas without any wraps. Everything was brought out slowly and randomly, with some people not even getting their food until we asked. All of the boys on our team were fed except for two players who didn’t get their food until well after everyone else was done. Unfortunately, by that point all the boys wanted to leave to go back to the hotel.

Another of our tables didn’t get any food at all until everybody else was ready to leave. This was all brought up with one of the assistant managers. She acknowledged they had some serious issues that she’s been discussing with Management and was hoping would change. For the wraps left off of the one players order, the assistant manager offered two dollars off.
