I was discriminated against on April 2nd at the 7brew in Wentzville. I was in the first Line closest to the building and was behind a Chick-fil-A car. The Chick-fil-A handed an order to one of the workers at seven brew. The young lady looked at me and walked into the building. A fourth car pulled into the outer lane and was service. The line started to move in the first lane that I was in and I got to the window and was asked for my order. I told them I will not be ordering anything and I will never ever go to another seventh brew again. I will be boycotting Seven brew and I’m telling everyone if you are brown or black skin do not go there because the workers will discriminate...
Read moreWaited at least 8 min at the recieving area to get our last two drinks. Our first drink came out not much longer after I pulled up. The boy who took our order said the blender was being slow. Then he came back and told us another person was going to be handing us our drinks. The cars that had arrived after on the left lane kept getting their drinks. Eventually got down to give them a piece of my mind. When I ask the staff about the last two drinks they just had blank stares! I noticed the mango and coconut smoothie sitting on the counter. Very disorganized and all around way too chatty for a drive thru that is supposed to be fast!
On another instance at this location a girl had asked for my information to sign up for rewards. I gave it to her but never got any confirmation. It was not until I went to the location on Hwy K where another person asked me for the same information and did get it right away. Wentzville staff has alot to be desire when it comes to customer...
Read more7 Brew sent out communications to their rewards members stating a BOGO from 7 to 8 pm today in a text message. It did not display the offer was from 7 pm to 8 pm we thought it was all day today and they did not honor their communication that was sent out with wrong information. Not very happy with them. My wife stayed in an extremely long line and wouldn't have gone there had it not been for the offer. After spending 30 minutes in line they did not allow us to get the BOGO on behalf of their mistake. Not very happy. I would imagine the long wait time at 1030 was due to the communication because my wife goes there regularly around that time and there isn't that long of a line during that...
