Crumbl — Restaurant in Wentzville

Went inside to pickup order- 5 or 6 people working, but not one made eye contact or acknowledged me. I actually wondered if I was invisible. I went on app and saw that I needed to text ‘here’ . Did that, still no one said a word. Finally, I’m irritated and said loudly that I have a pickup order- They hand my boxes to me, I asked for bag- no bags. I one of my boxes was a gift and I paid extra for the ‘fancy’ sticker and ribbon. Instead I got a box with sticky jelly all over it . I grabbed a paper towel and started to clean it hoping the lady would get the hint- she didn’t. Once I got home I realized 3 of the snicker cookies were missing the icing - the gift I dropped off also, missing icing . It’s basic human decency to acknowledge a person when they walk into the place you work at- You don’t have to drop everything, just say ‘ hello, be right with you’ so they know you...

FYI Do not come here on your birthday! Have been coming to crumbl for years, have the app but didn’t put my birthday in my account until 4-5 days before when I saw they give you a free cookie on your birthday! But- Manager explained to me that it needs to be in the account WEEKS ? in advance for it to register to the account to get the voucher…I nicely explained I had no idea, and that I could show her my I.D. and also showed her on my phone in the app that it was placed into the account, she refused without the voucher with an attitude the entire time. Looked at me like I had 5 heads. I was so embarrassed and upset, I just turned around and left without getting her name. It’s been 2 weeks and i’m still hurt by the interaction. The cookies are always great but this is the second time I ordered for pick up, showed up and walked up to the front desk and they all look at me but not one person comes over to talk to me or ask what I am here for which since I ordered ahead would take around 30 seconds to help me. Time was 3:07 pm on 8/12 if validation is needed. They didn’t even tell me they would be with me in a minute. That’s some basic social skills that anyone in customer service should be able to do and I would hope this is just coincidence that my 2 visits this...
