AUGUST Update: Well tonight's little visit determined our loyalty to the O'Fallon location.
First they told me they don't have a bowl to toss a salad before wrapping it. Literally ANY other excuse for your poor service would have sufficed. Your restaurant is legit called Crazy BOWLS & Wraps.
Secondly, when did Crispy Chicken increase over Grilled Chicken? The sign said the increase was on grilled, but now on crispy too? You guys told us before the crispy chicken isn't fresh and that it's frozen & shipped. Why would it cost more now?
And the best, changing family night to a $30 limit without notifying your very loyal customers is simply greed. And then to receive the response "sorry ma'am, I'm just telling you what I'm told, its $30..."... kudos on training, Management.
That's a big nope.
JUNE Update: They understand the assignment. Great team!!
APRIL: Giving full stars as I am confident this will improve, but feedback for managers:
Drive-thru seems to be more efficient than other CBWs in the area. Kudos!
The order team should be knowledgeable of protein portions, however.
Also, when duplicating an order, please also duplicate the sauces requested.
Definitely less chicken given for a pesto bowl than ever experienced at other O'Fallon CBW. Sad face.
Please actively check your chips. It was a bummer to come home to stale chips at 6pm.
Hope this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI canāt complain about the food because it was good and weāll be back to try more. I think we both liked the power bowl and power tacos the best.
My only complaint is about the ordering. It was a cluster you-know-what.
Iāve never been to a crazy bowls and wraps so I donāt know if itās like this at all of them but everyone had to use a self serve tablet kiosk and you scrolled through so many freaking options of food it was overwhelming and itās super confusing.
Once you got up to your kiosk it was taking groups of two atleast 5 minutes to decide and figure things out.
Things are slightly confusing because you donāt really know what youāre getting.
For example I ordered the 3 street tacos and it instantly asked what kind I wanted. I figured i was ordering kind of like at mission taco where Iām just selecting 3 tacos and what comes on them is already decided.
No this was all separate. So I ordered jerk, pesto, and power then it asked for what meat I want on there?? Every option was a surcharge??
Why is there a surcharge for meats when itās part of the taco build? I dunno...
Then it asked what grains I want and they were all surcharged as well??
Like I said, food ended up being very good, just super confusing ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a regular here. I LOVE this place. I come in to eat at least once a week. And the experience I had today was absolutely awful. The girl taking my order had a very bad attitude and then once I pulled around she had that same attitude. Gave me my food and said have a good day. Now normally Iām never worried about checking my food here but the girl was laughing the whole time while I was waiting for my food which took a while by the way. And then I see that she got my order wrong. I went inside to go have them fix it and I had this nice boy help me out and fix everything for me. But yet again, they made my food wrong. Again! I would just like to say that tonight the regular workers werenāt there and it seemed totally unsupervised. The blond cook in the back was laughing after she messed it up and the girl with brown hair and braids was very disrespectful. Please have a manager...
