I was provided with great advice from Lynn on my first day "trust the wait list". I have had no issues navigating the app & accessing classes as I continue to re-explore this exercise modality for my 62 y/o changing body. Instructors are welcoming & knowledgeable & I appreciate their acceptance & suggestions of modifications when I encounter a "move" that my body is questioning. The movements actually felt good, and didn’t seem challenging compared to traditional weight lifting and conditioning workouts so it made me wonder the effects Pilates has on the body. The next morning after my workout is when I felt the effects of Pilates, my muscles were sore all over from the low impact full body workout.
