I checked into the hotel near by. It was late so I decided to walk over to wendys to get me something to eat. The dinning room was closed so I walked up to the drive thru and ordered. I got my food and walked back to the hotel. My burgers was cold. The food was not good. The next day I called the manager and told her. She basically didn't apologize. She said if I had my receipt she would replace them. Well I didn't have it. So I didn’t worry about it. I went over there the next evening to get me a sandwich and a frosty. People standing not taking my oder. I ask for a manager. The manager came up front She didn’t apologize. She had a poor Attitude. Told me the girl that takes my oder had been in the bathroom. She took my order. I ask for my food to be made fresh.. the fries was hot. But once again the burgers was luke warm. I ask for mustard instead of mayo. No mayo or mustard. I eat the first burger but I had to send the other one back and they remade it. These people take no pride in their work. Manager takes no pride in her job. The customer has to pay the price. I will never go to another Wendy's. I don’t recommend this...
Read moreLet me start by clarifying that I live across the country in California. My mom broke down here this weekend while she was getting food. She’s nearing 70 years old, and her Jeep Cherokee broke down in the middle of the drive-thru with smoke spewing out of the engine. The Assistant Manager came out to see how he could help, and he pushed it into a parking spot! He even looked under the hood and got on the ground to try and help her understand what was wrong with her car! He even offered to let her keep it there overnight (though she got it towed that evening). My mom was stressed and distraught, and this kind, young man helped her in any way he could. He even comped her food! This level of kindness and compassion is far too uncommon these days. Thank you to this wonderful team and especially the Assistant Manager (I wish I knew his name!) What wonderful employees they have working at this restaurant. Team Wendy’s for life because of how well they took care of my mom while she was alone...
Read moreOn a friday night I went through the drive through to get dinner for my family, get home and i’m missing a burger so I call up there and let them know they forgot it, the worker says i can come back and get it or get it for free at another time, it was about 9:00 pm and didn’t want to go back out so I said another time. She said she wrote my name down and I can come get it whenever. I go back today on a monday and tell the worker that my name should be written down or whatever and he was kinda rude telling me I should of told them at the speaker and now they would have to wait for my food. The worker then gets the manager after telling me my name was not written down anywhere, the manager comes over and is like what’s the deal, I tell him everything and even show him the proof that I called up to that restaurant around 9pm, he then keeps saying my name isn’t written down, but finally gets the burger, once i got...
