I am so shocked by the experience I just had! As the manager told me, I have 14 previous orders with them. Which al have turned our perfect and delightful. However today, I placed my order online like I always do and the website must have malfunctioned. So I call down to the store once I noticed my order was messed up, and ask if they could fix my order please? The girl who answered the phone was very kind and polite, she told me she needed to grab the manager, so she did. When the manager got on the phone is when everything went south. And honestly he was probably having a bad day. But I explained to him the situation, and he said to me, "So you want me to fix the order that our website messed up?" I questioned, "Yes, that was I am asking you to do." He quickly informed me, "I cant do that, every order that gets messed up by the website if I remade their order I would be loosing thousands of dollars a day! Call the cooperate number, they can help you." I told him, "Okay, so my order that I ask for the SAME WAY the last 14 times you cant fix, even if its your WEBSITE in the wrong!? You know what, I just wont order from you again." He said, "Wait, you wont order from us because our website messed up your order!?" I was shocked at this point, "NO!? I wont order from you again because you talked to me like a piece of trash who is trying to scam you, disrespected me, and wont help out a customer who has been faithful to you guys for a long time!" Read moreAs a frequent customer of Jimmy John's, ordering almost once a month, I've sadly encountered a significant and recurring problem with order accuracy and quality of food. Specifically, about four out of every five deliveries have contained errors in the subs I requested or missing items. There's no way that I can be the only having this common reoccurring issue.
Despite my love for Jimmy John's sandwiches, this consistent lack of quality control in fulfilling orders has become a major point of frustration. It's disappointing to repeatedly receive incorrect/missing items after anticipating something you enjoy.
Furthermore, my experiences with attempts to rectify these errors have been unsatisfactory. Compensation or proper resolution is not fair in my opinion or doesn't occur, and when offered, it often hasn't adequately addressed the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the incorrect order.
I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in order fulfillment processes to ensure a more reliable and enjoyable experience for loyal customers like myself. Read moreThe short of it is, good food fast and cheap. While not as impossibly fast as their commercials joke about, the delivery is very fast from this location. Sometimes I'll visit with friends in another part of town, and this Jimmy John's delivers in the same amount of time as when I am at home two blocks away. I'm disabled, so they'll even deliver to my back patio if I want, rather than to the apartment's main entrance. The food is good, and filling, as well. Prices are very competitive, a lot cheaper than the neighboring sub shop (which doesn't deliver, and takes 4 times longer just to prepare your order). One word of advice, however, the peppers are not banana peppers, the are jalapenos, and very hot ones at that. You can order for delivery or pickup online (let them deliver, it's faster and a lot less hassle) or by phone as well, either way is just as fast.
