used to come into this specific Starbucks every single day, but as of today, I will no longer be visiting this Starbucks. I placed a mobile order and on the app it said your drink will be ready in 4 to 6 minutes. OK no problem. I live five minutes from the store at the five minute mark I left my house so that would have given them another five minutes to make my drink I get to Starbucks there’s nobody in the drive thru line. Nobody in the lobby. I go through the drive-through. Tell them that I have a mobile order and they tell me that my order is still in the queue and I’m like OK no problem. I drive up to the window and waiting there is some employee. She slams open the window and tells me that I need to wait a few minutes to come to get my drink when I’m placing the order and I told her I do wait that I placed my order 10 minutes ago! And she goes well I don’t know about that but we just got it I told her I wait the allotted number of minutes and then I drive to the store. It’s not my fault It did not show up in their queue until I got there that has nothing to do with me. I have proof of when I place the order and on top of that, I also have the whole interaction on camera because I have a camera in my car!!!. She had a huge attitude. She always has a attitude at the store Some young black girl and the only reason I’m mentioning race is because she had no name tag on and she was the only AA girl working there she acts like she has a chip on her shoulder. She was very snotty and nasty and not just to me I’ve noticed her rolling her eyes at other employees and also being snotty to other customers . Again I used to come here everyday get the same drink everyone there knew my drink and I have never complained!! But she was out of line and absolutely could have went about it a different way but she didn’t! And on top of that my drink was wrong which I feel like they purposely did! maybe I’ll just have to post my interaction online to let everybody know what kind of employees you have at the store. !! Get that girl some training and teach her how to speak to people because she has a lot to learn at her young age!!! Read moreI try to start my morning off with an iced coffee. So I ordered a generic drink that consists of expressing, milk and simple syrup. This particular barista was conversing with her coworkers because I can hear her talking through the mic Perhaps I didn’t hear her when she asked me if I wanted hot or cold, so I proceeded to pull up. When I pulled up to the window the lady was taking orders and two men were preparing the order. One of the men asked me if I wanted a stopper for my drink but I said “I would like it iced I’m sorry for the misunderstanding” then the lady buts in saying “I asked if you wanted it iced or cold” making me feel kinda bad, but that’s not all. She wasn’t even making the drinks and told the male barista “just throw ice in it she’ll be fine.” She was so upset about me wanting ice even though she wasn’t making the drink. Then the other male handed me a drink in a hot container with a straw and said “sorry we thought it was hot.” Was it so hard to put the drink in a different cup? Read moreThis is the worst Starbucks in the area. I will drive 5 miles out of the way to go to New Berlin. Staff is rude, they don't acknowledge you when you walk in the door, they don't call your name when they place the mobile orders on the counter. Not to mention the mobile order labels are facing the barista soyso have to touch everyone's drinks in order to see which one is yours. The wait in drive-thru is almost always insane no matter what time of day you go. Last week when I stopped through the drive-thru I waited 15 minutes before I got to the window as I pulled away I see the manager and four other employees sitting outside. I was a shift manager at McDonald's through college when your restaurant is busy you get up and you work. This location needs a change in management so the staff are able to work better and feel supported. Every other Starbucks they welcome you when you walk in the door they say hi to you when you order in the drive-thru.
